Hi, this is my first post in this forum. On Saturday I bought a sealed Optimal Optimus from a person (not a retailer) and upon review it I found the code behind the box in multiple places in the figure. I thought it was normal but I had only seen something similar in the Toy Fair 2018 event where this figure was exhibited for the first time. Does anyone have information about it?
Yeah, think it's prototype or early sample? IIR, early release (official?) images of him had those quality control markings on him if you do a google image search. The marking indicate what month and the year it was produced, I don't believe they are serial numbers. Some dude at the factory probably wasn't paying attention or was just having fun with the label gun.
