Hey everyone I have a senior project for my final semester at school...I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for things they want to see or things that dont exist on the web or your PC? Thanks for the help.

Knowing your major and the project requirements would be helpful.

    Ebay:
build the program used in Superman III where thebank computers round up and sticks those half cents into your secret bank account and when it reaches 500, or 5000 bucks, it prints and mails you a dividend check.

If it works, buy yourself a MIB/MISB Overlord or Maximus and the rest goes to a charity

Actually based on this is a pretty good idea. Take all those complex movie algorithms and crap where the computers become Sentient or computer based ideas are used in Sci-Fi and see if there is a way that it might actually be possible. Superman III, Terminator, Robocop, Iron man, Blade Runner, 1984. That would actualyl be pretty cool.

LEGALESE: don't actually do what i said, just prove it in theory, lol.
That Superman III trick was done in the movie Office Space, as well.
    It kinda worked.

See, i miss the early days of computing.
back when Apple II clones and PC jr. Clones were everywhere. Magazines you coulo buy off the shelf had sections in the back for simple programming projects.
In the space of 50-250 lines of code, you could create your own card games, or graphics. it made you feel like you were really getting to know your machine.

now, i feel lucky if i can manage to set Vista up and have it keep my personal settings for a month.
    good luck
