Out of the two new repaints, Ricochet definitely looks much nicer. He's actually looking pretty good. The black is nice and glossy, the decals are cleany placed, the paint app quality looks good, not sloppy at all. Only problem is that white nose! What the hell was Hasbro thinking?! It just looks terrible. They could have taken that tiny bit of paint off of anywhere else, this just seriously looks stupid. It'll be fixed pronto when I get one.
I'm guessing it's because they haven't used the WRX mold since August of 2004 in the US. Unfortuately, Smokescreen and Silverstreak warmed store shelves for years ... so it doesn't seem too long ago. I like the interior detailing though! The red piping on the seats = I'd really like to see a black RX-8 too.
Yay! Way to take the cheap way out Hasbro. a diffrent head, even Jazz's would have almost made this buyable, how about a different spoiler, or other trim? Nope, they just took a can of spray paint and put some Zinca on his nose and called it a new figure. Sod Off!
