    STAFF EDIT: Hasbro US clarified this is wrong. Transformers Prime Continuity Clarification from Hasbro

    I sent an email to Hasbro regarding whether Prime and WFC were in the same continuity and this is what they sent back to me:

    WOOT no more continuity issues but watch High Moon try to make WFC2 fit in then we'll all go ape crazy =(

    This might annoy the wiki guys though if they have to alter all the pages regarding Prime and WFC lol

    LOL I totally forgot about that. I didn't play WFC but it bothered me every time before the premier I went to check out the wiki for Prime info that they had the Prime model for a character and the WFC model and I'm just like man the aesthetic is SO far apart....

    Well...this is confusing. >> Not that I had any illusions of WFC really matching up with Prime, but I was always of the opinion that at least Exodus did, having been made with the series bible in mind and all. I don't know if this statement would apply to the book, though, the question having been about the game...Oh, well, I guess I'll just wait and see; my head hurts enough as it is.

    Also, this will change precisely nothing on the wiki. The cartoon has ALREADY made it clear just from the first five episodes that the WFC game is not in the same continuity as the Prime cartoon. That just means it's in the same continuity FAMILY, along with the Exodus novel, which have all been derived from the new story bible produced by Hasbro to guide what they're calling the "modern" continuity.
