At the end of the first movie Sector 7 is disbanded.
In the second movie Simons had to run a deli shop to make due.

In the third movie Simons is back as an agent. I tend to think NEST is more of a military outfit.

I can see National Security Advisor Galloway getting even by reinstating Sector 7 under Simons.

I just don't see Simmons wearing NEST underwear. :lol

Yes, what a stupid and unnecessary scene that was.

Maybe since S7 is back, we'll see a resurection of Frenzy from that locked glass vase, (with some help of Soundwaves minions?)then Barricade is back in TF3! ( well in my world it would be nice:p )

Doubtful that Sector 7 is being resurrected. NEST is the group of humans working with Transformers now.

Or Simmons could be working independently, which is what he was pretty much doing in ROTF, with his working at a deli as a cover-up.
