That looks great! I remember everyone talking about how much Armada Hoist's head looked like Dinobot's, so this seems like a perfect fit. I won't be going to Botcon, but this is set I'd like to have based on the three figures that we've seen so far. Hopefully buying it on the website will be an option.
Its ok, I guess. The blue isnt that terrible, its the ginormous shovel arm that blows it for me. There's prolly a few other molds that would've been a better choice but ah well, I've already purchased the set so I guess I'm stuck with it. The other molds will make it worthwhile anyway.
Looks decent. I still don't like Armada molds but I guess I'll try to get this one. The blue is kinda heavy, they could have used more light brown in places. But oh well.
Never understood the love for the mold. I think it was one of the better ones from Armada, but, c'mon now..that's not saying much. More than that though, it just doesn't seem to fit the concept of the set. Colors aside, it just doesn't really seem to work as pre-BW Dinobot, other than the head.
The blue is like that because of the way the mold is designed. The way the peices are placed in the mold dictates the color on certain parts.
I like Not a fan of the mold but I can live with it. I can even imagine the oversize arm as a precursor to Dinobot's tail weapon.
That's the best mold to pick for Dinobot, personally. Why? No need to drop one of the head resculpt allocations on it. Unless I'm missing something. Which I kinda hope I'm not.
I like.... Man, it's getting more and more tempting to order these guys....... unfortunately, it's the same month MP03 and MP04 come out....

Overall, I like the choice, but the long shovel arm kinda throws me off in terms of Dinobot's character. Otherwise, I can always swap heads with the BWX Dinobot if I can afford the set. Xp
I say that: nitroconvoy -> cheetor ramble -> tarantula maybe? starscream -> terrorsaur? skids or autolander -> megatron or scorponok (because of their flat bodys, but I know that isn't a good choice) backguild -> rhinox mole dive -> rampage? soundwave or noisemaze -> waspanaitor or depthcharge o_0U ^^U
much better. i htink they'd have been better off just doing the blue as an accent ap. i suppose there were reasons, but that one is supperb.

I have to admit as excited as I am over this set I dont like this choice. I just dont like this mould at all. Its a great paint and all and the head looks great but I'm sorry I gotta thumbs down this choice. Still, cant wait for the next ones to be announced
It looks much nicer without all that blue. I also really like that Octane repaint of Jetfire. I wouldn't mind owning that at all.
