Robotkingdom has all six up for preorder now.

 

Customs fees aren't an issue for those of us in the States, buying from BBTS.

 

As I said in my previous posts...it's all about the convenience. Right now in my PoL I have some 3rd Party stuff, a Gundam kit, a Mythic Legions figure, and I'm waiting on a Chinese 1/18th scale figure to drop before I ship my PoL. If I didn't use BBTS, that's literally 4 packages from 4 different places, using different shippers hitting me at different times. With BBTS, I get it all in one, tracking a single package, waiting on a singular delivery date.

Not that I don't use other places. I use some sites now if I can't get something on BBTS, like Pulse with the Seacons, and Nippon Yasan for most of my P-Bandai Gundam exclusives. But everything else gets put into a PoL on BBTS for the sake of convenience.

 

They received an email when they asked about the status of them being put back up or for sale in the future yes, but unless I misread it, those people didn't seem to indicate they had pre ordered the items and had them canceled and removed from their pre order page on their account. Thats the thing thats bothering me because only one person can claim this so far.

 

I called BBTS this morning and addressed the circulating emails. I was told it is correct that they are Pulse exclusive figures but that my preorder is still valid and that to their knowledge, no preorders had been canceled. I was told BBTS "expects" they'll be able to get some after the initial release window, but that they cant guarantee it.

I expressed both the community's and my own displeasure with how this was handled. I called Aug 13th and was told everything was on the up & up yet its been 3 weeks since the email was sent to STP and no one with a existing preorder had been notified of any changes. I also asked that upper mgmt be made aware of this (whether or not that happens, who knows).

Im keeping my preorders with BBTS for now but I placed an order with Robot Kingdom for 2x of each figure after the call as Im not leaving the fate of my most sought after TFs to a maybe.

 

So either BBTS may have "forgot" about one person's order being canceled, or the OPs claim about his order being canceled is bogus? Whose telling the truth here? <_< I've kept my pre-orders up for the first 2 on there as well for safe measure. But this def could have been handled and communicated better I'll agree.

 

It doesnt have to be that black and white and im not going to go as far as calling anyone a liar.

 

Im not saying anyone is a liar either. But a couple days and nearly 250 people posting about the topic and no one else can validate a claim that one person said happened to them. Maybe they were just part of a random worst case hiccup with someone at BBTS making an error? Idk. Mistakes happen.

 

It’s getting kinda hot in here with all these hate boners for me. That’s ok. Go ahead. I’m still fabulous but if you guys could get off my nuts that’d be great.

 

Um....my issue is with BBTS, not you....but your post above isnt doing anything constructive for the matter at hand.....nor is the one below. Any skepticism on the part of any forum member isnt an automatic indictment against you

Neither is people who keeps inferring I’m a liar. I shared the email. I posted the pic of my order. Idk what y’all want. Believe it/me or not, no need to keep questioning my character.

 

Where did anyone say they "hated" you? I surely don't recall saying such a thing. Just from a logical stand point, and correct me if perhaps I am mixing things up as I'm human and can make mistakes just like anyone else. You said that your pre order for seacons on bbts was "canceled", meaning you probably got an email from bbts saying such and had those items physically removed from your account page by someone other than you (bbts)? Your claim sparked a mass hysteria and panic about how other people could obtain these figures through ways outside of bbts. The problem is no one else can back this claim up of bbts doing such a thing, and from what I can see from all the posts from people that pre ordered these figures on bbts, no one else had this happened to them and they're all still visible on their order page.

Does that make you a liar, no? As I said in my last post, maybe you just had some random isolated cancellation error happen to you by accident from someone on bbts end.

That statement may not be a straight forward “he’s a liar” but you aren’t saying, in your multiple posts, the opposite either. So. Are you going to continue or are you planning on letting it go anytime soon? Just preparing myself.

 

Honestly I think your just letting yourself getting to be worked up over something that doesn't need to be. I stated my reasons for my thoughts and made my peace. You should too.

 

If you made your peace then stop bringing me up negatively and I won’t say another word.

 

Hi folks, haven't checked in here for a good long time - but I have all the Seacons in my stack at TFSource... never got any indication that the order wasn't going to be fulfilled. I noticed now some of them are "pre-sold out" - but adding to stack counts as a preorder right? Am I good?

Also, it's bugging me but I think they put Seawing's legs on backwards? Something was bugging me about his legs in all the stock photos... compare him to Cutthroat, his legs are pointing the wrong way...

 

Don't see it stated here yet, but Ages Three and Up has listed the last two Seacons on their site for pre-order.

 

Spoke to Ages 3+ over Facebook. They get thiers through Hasbro Asia. So my preorders are still good.
