Thanks to Freakx2001 of Cybertron.ca, a lot of people in Ottawa have been finding SDCC Universe Blaster at Home Sense stores for $19.99 each!!!!! I got one today and can not believe how great of a deal it is. Blaster plus 3 cassettes for 20 bucks :D

Here is a pic of the sticker I took

Hmm, I wonder if the same thing that happened with the Universe Special Editions (Megs, OP, Overkill and Dragstrip) showing up at Marshalls, the same kind of store I assume Home Sense is, will happen with Blaster? Oh happy day if so. Nice score Batman!

It is the same type of store as Marshalls (it and Winners are actually owned by the same company). They sell mostly decorative stuff for homes, but they have a very small toy section which usually contains nothing more than some Baby Einstein and Playschool toys.

I have had TFC Blaster for years (I paid like $70 or $80 for him back int the day), but at this price it was too sweet to pass up.

Home Sense is the same as Home Goods here so that's a good sign.

Wow. That's pretty great for you guys. There's probably going to be a lot of rage but as someone who brought the toy from SDCC I'm not mad.

So is Home Goods/Home Sense like a TJMaxx or Marshall's?

Edit: Holy Crap, it has the Disco Box!!! I'd buy another in a heartbeat for $20!!!

I can't wait to hear if these start showing up in the US stores. I'll start hitting up all the TJ Maxx stores in my area all over again. :D

Good for you guys in Canada, lol I paid at least $50 for mine from HTS I think.

Maybe next year this time we'll be talking about Ultimate Optimus for $25 from discount stores

Hopefully we see them down here in the US at some point. You listening, Marshalls?

CV Zuckuss & 4-LOM as well as the Camie & Fixer comic packs have been found at some Canadian store called Winners for $9.99 - for you Star Wars nerds...

My local TJ Maxx has a Home GOODS -- really strange because TJ Maxx has its own toy section.

That said, and I hate when people do this, if a Canadian is willing to help me out I'll also pay an extra $10 plus shipping for one ;)

Any clue what the shipping would be, roughly on a package that size, from Canada to the US?

3 of the 4 stores in Ottawa have been cleared out. Another collector talked to someone there and they said it was a one time thing and that each store got 6 Blasters. Hopefully this applies to every Home Sense and not just Ottawa.

I actually saw that Zuckuss pack @ Winners today too :lol  I knew it was exclusive, but I forgot to where.

It is a pretty big box man. It would be $20 easy, depending on which State you are in. I can't see it being moe than $30 (That is with tracking and insurance).

Is this only in Ottawa? Any confirmed sightings for other provinces?
