So, I received my 2 today. Guess what? Somebody at Hasbro Went through them and stole most of the contents! 1 literally only had Blaster and no cassettes or weapons. The other had eject and his weapons stolen!

Anybody else have problems with their orders?

It's HTS, what do you expect? First of all, they cherry pick what's there so they can AFA it and sell for a huge markup, and whatever's left that already has a ding or dent in the box, it's fair game as far as damage goes. That's why they offer no packaging in their shipments. As for missing parts, that doesn't surprise me either.

 

I'll have to go back and check mine but they all seemed okay. Maybe somebody accidently filled your order from the "incomplete" bin.

Didn't someone else on these boards say he found an extra Eject rattling around in his Blaster box? Dude, that guy got at least one of your Ejects.

 

Yea, it REALLY sucks. These were clearly opened and stolen from ay HTS. Box was still sealed from HTS's warehouse. The one box literally has ONLY Blaster in it, upside down! They tried to tell me that they would have to receive these back before they ship my new ones out.

I told them where they could go with THAT idea, lol.

 

Mine came in double taped but nothing was removed. There's other signs that it was opened previously. Good thing I'm opening it as this is my 1st Blaster toy, still happy

BTW the shipping box HTS uses is way too soft.

 

I don't mean to go against you, but sending it back may be your only option.If you paid for two of these at that price, there is now way I'd be happy with incompletes. And if they say that's the only way they'll send replacements, what can you do but send them back.

 

Yea, they SUCK. Last year, my Soundwave's came with NO packaging material at all in the box. This is my last order from HTS. For real.

 

Instead of a Robot Heroes pack, one time they sent me Legends Bumblebee. They reimbursed me and I found it cheaper at Walmart the next day.

 

Actually I don't find return label or invoice for HTS orders shipped from CA. Probably not hard to get but they either missed it or didn't bother.

 

They said they will send new one's out and wait to receive the old ones back. I'm not concerned with the $$, because I know I'll get it back. I'm just concerned about missing out on them altogether. But, unlike SDCC Soundwave, there seems to be a bigger supply.

damn, that's just crazy man. i can't believe that could happen, so sorry about that. after reading that i had to just double check mine just to make sure lol. that's really unbelievable.

 

Mine came to me complete. The plastic feels cheap and weak, and they should have just let me apply the god damn stickers.

I can say i haven't had any problems with HTS (knocking on wood right now.) i just ordered a Blaster and am now anxious, lol.

 

I was the one that got the extra eject. I did find a problem with my Blaster though. I cannot get the sliding black part of the handle to slide.
