Damn I had it in my cart then poof. At least I saved 160 bucks.

If they want people to re-up with Premium, they have to give them incentives or make certain exclusives for Premium members only. I will likely not renew.

So, you're saying we should all stop shelling money to Hasbro, the company bringing us Transformers.
Don't reply "buy from Target or Walmart" because the money does go back to Hasbro.

    Redirect the anger.
See, this is HasbroPulse's issue, NOT Hasbro. BradforJ here is correct, the premium incentive seems to be a bit lacking and at some point worthless?

Had it in my cart and it was sold out in 2sec.

Guess I gotta go to Fee-bay if I want one now...

...or I could drive 10 minutes down the road from my job and steal one lol

I was lucky enough to get MP-10G. Started the order at 11:58 and checked out at 11:59. Went back to at the webpage and it was showing sold out. Geesh! I'm very happy and grateful that I was able to get this. There's no way I was going to pay the mark-up prices for my 6th version of MP-10.....

I debated getting Pulse Premium. After this mess (what we've read here over the past few days) I'm so happy I didn't get it. As a Canadian it brings me ZERO value. $50/year for that doesn't make sense to me.

I don't have Pulse Premium. MP-10G was free ground shipping for me. This couldn't ship to Quebec so I selected my US box.

I definitely won’t be renewing. There is nothing about “Premium” membership that makes it worth paying for. I can buy most of the stuff on the site for less at retail, and I can’t buy the exclusives due to the stupidly limited availability. Hasbro Pulse can die for all I care. It has no value.

One positive thing about Pulse (compared to HasbroToyShop) is that exclusives aren't exempt from the free shipping (HTS ALWAYS charged shipping for exclusives, whether or not it met/surpassed the "free shipping" threshold or there was a coupon)

Another thing positive about Hasbro Pulse is that the entire system didn't grind to a halt like HTS's did every year. VERY smooth transaction, even with using Paypal, which I didn't dare use with HTS.

I'm one of those who did buy Premium so I could order early. I *never* saw it open. It always said Sold Out. Today, I had it in my cart and then sold out after I clicked to complete my order. I'm pissed. I won't be renewing. I feel like these exclusives were available in higher quantity in previous years.

You get the toys cheaper at retail? how so? Pulse has been pretty much MSRP minus tax, which is nice.

    That is true, for sure.

lol, what? Not everything goes on clearance dude.

Have you ordered anything since you joined Premium? If not, I believe you can request a cancellation and would be eligible for a refund.

    That is true. You can.

It's funny how perception is reality. I was able to snag both Hulk and 10G on Premium day orders. For a free subscription this year, I'm quite pleased now. It was a smooth checkout. Nothing froze, no spinning wheel of death. It was simply a matter of being vigilant and lucky against low quantities.

My only feedback to them would be that next year (when everyone has to pay for Premium) it would suck if they hold out of stock for the "public" day. Exclusives should be just that. Exclusive. So, they should do a window of time for Premium to purchase the day before and if it sells out it sells out. If not, the public gets a chance the next day.

Just my two cents, i think it's cool that Hasbro offered the chance but I dunno...maybe be more accurate with exact time of availability and elude a little more on quantities? Probably wouldn't serve people who missed the window any better but maybe let us prepare.

I will say I’ve generally enjoyed Pulse since it saved shipping for me. But still not worth 50.

I am always charged tax by Pulse. Factor in the typically $1 or $2 lower prices at Walmart and buying from Pulse is no longer worth wasting my time. It’s definitely not worth the $50 “Premium” membership fee.
