Wish I could help everyone out but I'm not even sure I'll be able to get for me, lol.

And if I do, I kinda already promised a couple of peeps I would if I could.

Way more excited about seeing the first few Bumblebee toys than anything else this year.

I've lost a lot of my hype for classics/generations figures. I don't think they've been progressing as much as they were a few years back, meanwhile there's been some incredible movieverse figures. They could reel me back in if they get enough things right, but last few I got felt too compromised.

When Hasbro first showed off the Terrorcons (at NYCC last year, I think?), the hand-painted prototype of Cutthroat had a different head, one that looked much more like Wildfly's. The general assumption is that there is alternate tooling for Wildfly, and whoever put together the prototypes for display took the wrong head off the sprue.

Glad I’m not the only one. I’m expecting Blast Off to be another Grotesque and go up on HTS early right after his reveal.

Time will tell. Since Grotusque's surprise announcement during NYCC was the first and only time that kind of thing has yet happened, there's no pattern to say one way or the other.

Personally, I think that kind of thing is more likely for non-SDCC events. I think that SDCC exclusives will be done as they've always been done, and the leftovers will indeed show up on HTS, but only well after the end of SDCC.

Well, the first wave of Studio Series figures was announced to be up on HTS early at NYTF, and they popped up a day or two afterwards, so I think there is some credence to the idea that this might become something of a reccouring trend.

It would be nice if the SDCC exclusives went up during the convention too, instead of appearing at a random-but-not-random time without warning like they have before. Make it uniform and all at the same time.

EDIT: Actually you know what? The Cyberverse warriors have been spotted in three countries now, all within two days of each other. I have to wonder if Hasbro is going to do a repeat of SS with Cyberverse and have them up too.

Actually, the same thing happened for the first wave of Studio Series deluxes after Toy Fair in February of this year.

So what you're saying is camp out on HTS two weeks from today?

Same thing as NYCC's Grotusque announcement, I take it. Thanks for the info.

I'm not sure that supports the idea of Blast Off going up during SDCC, of course. It still sounds like a rather different thing, to my mind.

But, again, time will tell. Personally, it's really no risk at all for me to NOT camp out at HTS when SDCC starts. I don't care enough if I don't get it, and was easily able to grab Grotusque that morning without any advance warning that the figure even existed. And I've got better things to do with my time.

With TRU out, maybe HTS will have a steady supply of Blast-Off? (Assuming it will be an HTS exclusive)

Why would you assume that when there has already been a listing on Amazon?

Yeah it'd be great to get more info about Monstructor. I know POTP is over at this point but it'd bet great if we get info if Monstructor's still happening or not as a gift set at least. Last time we've heard of this the torso guy's a strong retool of POTP Grimlock which beast mode is said to be a reptilian ogre which sounds awesome.

I'd also love to hear info about the rumored Beast Machines Dinobot set along with the Leader class Thunderclash that's said to have the evolution gimmick like the other POTP Leaders. Like with his core robot being the G1 Thunderclash design with his combined mode being the IDW MTMTE Thunderclash design.

Didn't know there was an Amazon listing.
