Sad thing is I'd probably sit this one out if it wasn't for ROM. The transformers offerings are particularly pathetic. I do find it funny though that in the past adding unnecessary chrome to the exclusives was a regular thing. This year they decided to remove the unnecessary chrome from a bot that had it in the regular release

 

If I worked at HTS, that would annoy me so much (people calling asking when items will be posted) I would purposely wait much later to post the items. Fuckers annoy me, well enjoy wasting a day.

And we know not all callers are nice. Some are just bitchy manbabies who are rude to the call in people.

 

I hate that they have the add to order button there only to say out of stock.

 

it's really amazing that there seem to have been minimal refreshes to this site since the big relaunch that actually made it more painful to use then it used to be.
not to mention the bizarre stock issues they've had with TR.

 

Do your part to make HTS crash!

 

I'll never understand this... its ONE DAY A YEAR. How are they not prepared for this? Why not just put a recorded message, why not just tell us what time?
I've worked retail and customer service for years. We know our busy days before we get out of bed. We prepare. We manage customers' expectations. Why is this always so unorganized every year?

In a previous job there was one customer I refused to deal with and management approved. He told me I was an imbecile and didn't even understand French because I was asking him if the computer was plugged in. It's wifi, he screamed, it doesn't need to be plugged in, now why won't it boot? No, sir, I mean plugged in to the mains for electricity. BUT IT'S WIFI YOU MORON...

that and the guy who was convinced that cars used petrol to start the engine and then ran off the battery... This was in 1996.

After hearing that the Star Wars exclusives were pushed back to September (Probably after Hascon) I'm starting to think they might do that with all of them.
