Oh, I spoke to a rep over the phone and my order wasn't flagged or anything, so I didn't have anything to release, haha.

I asked the rep if the delay was due to me getting four items, thinking a large order would take more time to package and ship. He said that it was possible, but then I read that people with similar orders, placed at similar times, have had them shipped or already received their items. All the rep could tell me was that the order was fine and would be shipping soon.

I know I'm always too impatient when it comes to these things, but I can't figure out how my order, which was placed practically immediately after the items first went live, hasn't shipped yet. Oh well.

I only bought one item and it had sat processing for a while. With everyone opening their boxes already, I thought I'd double check today. "Nicole" did say she would have it released. I didn't push her for details, but I asked her if there was anything I could do to prevent that from happening in the future. She said it wasn't flagged or locked, just happened due to the surge in orders. *shrug*

 

My Fort Max showed up today. Anyone know if the sword can somehow be attached somewhere in flying fortress or base mode?

 

I ordered soundwave and the 3 pack, and they're apparently out for delivery via fedex!

 

My raft set and Kylo showed up today. Packaging for both are in excellent condition! Hasbro finally sent me something that wasn't smashed, or rattling around in a box without packing material.

 

Got my shipping notice, supposedly delivered by next Sat. Kind of sad some people already have theirs.  

 

CC company just called me to confirm charges...this has never happened in the past ...ever...for any purchase. Calling HTS..

 

Ugh, Fort Max interior box crushed, Soundwave box crushed. I could deal with that, but my Soundwave... the interior packaging was glued to the "tablet screen" and the figure is completely ruined. Is there any way to save it?

 

Received my Raft set today.

 

No packing material at all, but it came in a shipping box that looks like it was made with this set in mind, as it fits perfectly inside it. Thankfully there was no damage to the shipping box though, as the box inside would have surely been damaged as well.

 

Call HTS and tell them what happened, hopefully they send you a replacement or they end up refunding you after you've returned the item if you don't want it. Provide pics if you can. This happens when they pack the biggest and heaviest item with another small item. Happened the previous years I remember with Metro and Devs if you had other items with it.

Yeah wondering when the West Coasters will get their item...

 

Well, after two days of no order confirmation I emailed HTS to make sure my order went through. The response I got was that it shipped today and it will be here tomorrow. Who knew?

 

Sorry to hear that Exodus, have they sent you a tracking number yet? My order was placed pretty early, like within the first minute it went live. I don't know about whether East coast or West coast orders shipped first, I'm in the Mid-west and it's due tomorrow.

 

Called yesterday and got the same line. In years past my orders were held due to the price of the order

 

HTS called me to confirm order today; flagged since billing and shipping address are different. i hope to see shipping notice soon.
