    I head for Florida tomorrow (I know boo hoo right?) but I've been sitting here for 3 days and they will post while I'm in the sky. If they don't my obsessiveness will cause me to not enjoy my vacation due to sitting around hitting F5. HTS ruining lives one soul at a time.

    it says in the description she was announced at SDCC...so she is like an exclusive...i guess?

    That would just mean issuing a "mandatory" recall. They wouldn't legally need to do more than that. Perhaps they'd notify customers who purchased online, but they don't have the power to force it.
