They literally stole my money and erased my transacion from order history as if it never happened.

I bought and paid for MP Star Saber and the KFC Counterpart soI could finally have my own Victory Saber.

Anyway, Long story short, I paid for it, over a week ago. paid for the expensive 2 day shipping option.

The payment still shows up as paid. As in they took my money.

    Free Money.

And I never got a shipping notice. Nothing. the order isn't even on my TFSource history.

    WTF?

Tried numerous times to contact them. Instead I get shrugged off and ignored.

Contact your bank/credit card company/PayPal and file a fraud report. I'm sure this isn't malicious just a computer error. But cover yourself regardless. Good Luck

I'd make a claim with your card issuer/PayPal. This feels like it'd count as a fraudulent charge.

Anyways, fuck TFsource. Those guys are the worst.

Not that I like TFSource, but are you sure it's not "on hold". I've had that happen before and it eventually gets released. Lot of the YJA agents do that.

It most likely is an error and not on purpose. They are an honest company.

I would just call and explain the situation. Is there a credit card transaction you can show them?

Or maybe it is as simple as just forgetting to email the shipping notice to you?

If you have an emailed receipt, then you'll be fine, you have proof of the transaction. If you never got that, then it would seem like you never made the purchase. Does the charge show on your credit card statement?

This all sounds pretty fishy. I suggest contacting them via phone as someone else also suggested.

there's no phone number on the site. I emailed them multiple times. only reply i get is a crappy computer generated auto-response.

I have the email receipt as proof of the purchase along with the record in my bank statement.

Ain't no way they can deny I paid, even though for some reason it's not registering on my TF source account at all.

I looked up all my transactions, all my history. nothing pops up. just says "0" I even tried the Order# in my email I was given to try to look it up. Nope. Nadda.

    Definitely odd.

Check your spam folder to make sure a response from them didn't end up in there.

It's a mistake. They aren't in the business of stealing, and secondly they couldn't get away with it.

This is a holiday week and they may be unable to respond quickly.

Regardless, if you paid with a credit card or PayPal this isn't even a thing. You're protected. Call your cc or PayPal, dispute the charge and it's done. If you paid via debit on your bank account(???) then call your bank. It depends on your bank, but most online transactions thorough banks still go through a cc merchant service.

You know I always see people bitching about TFSource but I'm over here never done wrong by BBTS.

    Guess I'm lucky.

I've used both BBTS and TFSource many times and am very satisfied with them both. As previously stated it is likely an error and due to the heavy holiday shopping season they are probably slow to respond. Either way you will get your money back or a delivery. It just may be an inconvenience. Good luck!

I wonder if this is a case of most of the office staff took the week off and the one intern left is way behind at responding to emails. I'm dealing with that a lot this week.

    Pretty much this.

I'm not a big fan of TFSource, but it's a holiday week. They aren't the most responsive to begin with like Toy Dojo or Chosen Prime, but they aren't out to steal your money.

It sucks, I agree, but I'd wait till next week.

I've used TFSource almost exclusively for my online purchases and they have come through every single time, even when there were issues. Just be patient and wait for their response; seeing as how you have the e-mail receipt, there's no need to overreact.

I've never had any problems using TFSource. In fact, they've been one of the better online retailers in my experience when I had a stripped screw when trying to swap a hand on MP10.

It's a busy holiday weekend, they're probably short-staffed, or they're off until after New Years. IMO, it's highly unlikely they're trying to rip you off and instead a situation you don't understand because you haven't spoken to anyone there yet. Stop jumping to conclusions.

Guess I'll just wait til whenever then. I'm just bummed due to paying all the extra cash for express shipping is all. and then to see my order completely disappear from their sites history and the order number on my receipt not even work. I'll be honest, it's a bit unsettling (I panicked). I'm venturing into unfamiliar territory with an unfamiliar company. I only basically went with them due to 1 of the items being sold out at BBTS.

Well, I'm never buying anything from TFSource if this is what can happen.

Just pretend you're a ToyWorld v1 customer and the extra money you paid for express shipping is the v1 fee. Of course you'll have to also receive some QC riddled product for it to be a more apt comparison and a better, cheaper option be made available later...

When did you place your order, and when did you email them? How many times is "numerous" and how quickly? If you emailed them once, then again an hour later, then again the next morning... That's expecting too much.

If you haven't waited a day or two for them to review it and get back to you, then you shouldn't be mad yet.

Also: they're a long time reputable company. Its most likely some sort of glitch and they'll fix it as soon as they can. Coming here to stir up trouble is an asshole thing to do. Your post makes it seem like they replied to you and said "we don't see a record of your order so we're not shipping it AND we're keeping your money! Muhahaha" well I can guarantee that didn't happen. Give them a few days to get back to you. God forbid they're a bit backed up after Christmas.
