Used a Scoop body and an FP Insecticon head. Might be a little small, but I think it works. I added some magnets to the flipside of his hands so that I could attach various weapons.

Tried some weathering techniques. After completing the paint of the body, I used some Vallejo weathering pigments, which I thickened up to get the mud effect. Initially I used one pigment, then started mixing them to get a more natural look. Fairly pleased with the results. Need to work on blending them in better. Thanks for checking him out!

Couple of pics wouldn't upload, I'll try and add them later.

I'm surprised we haven't seen an official release of this mold as Scrapper. slight head remold and different weapons and it would be remold gold for them.

Love the mud; looks like he just came out of a muddy buildeing site!
The green is a bit bright for my tastes, but that could just be because of the white background of your photos; maybe switch to a more muted grey...
Anyhow, looking forward to the alt mode pics!

Nicely done. I think you did a good job on the mud effect using different tones giving it a more realistic look. Also, I dig what you did with the magnet attachments. Well done.

Looks great! I love the dirt details you added as well.

It's funny a lot of us have thought upon seeing Scoop it'd be great for Scrapper why Hasbro hasn't done this yet I do not know.

The mud effect looks fine, It actually makes the figure look as if some of the mud is drying while some of it's still kinda wet as if he's been doing normal Payloader things (moving half-ton loads of earth, etc)

Will you assemble the rest of the constructicons for Devastator? (Hint, hint, nudge, nudge.)

The green is based of the IDW scheme. I like the green of the original G1 Constructicons, but I've found it frustratingly tough to match.

Awesome custom ghostspin, I knew I had saw this done before but I couldn't remember who had done it. Thanks for the inspiration! I live your extras and the weathering is pretty sweet!
