So yeah, I got up early and went up to the nearest ToysRus this morning an hour before it opened.
Not surprisingly, there were already two people in line waiting.
By 10 AM, there were about 15 between the two entrances.

Wow. Japanese guys actually RUN through the store to get exclusive micron goodness.
I brought a friend to double my chances of getting one, and luckily we were buyers 8 and 9 of the 10 exclusives available... despite being placed 3 and 4 in line.

But enough rambling... who wants to see a picture?

The green used on the cockpit is nice but kind of detracts from the Powerglide-inspired theme. I would have preferred the grey used on the original toy, but it's pretty nevertheless.

Yup, that's about right. Got mine for $39 plus $10 shipping. High for a Micron, but it could be a lot worse. And it's a necessary addition to my A-10 collection.

Plus, I genuinely think it looks nice.

That 'bot mode is just god awful!! Especially the body and feet.

Wow, can't afford to shell out that much for a minicon even though it sounds like they made less than 1000 of them.

 

seems average buyout price at yjp is 2000 - 3000 yen right now.
so BIN $30.00 is reasonable price, probably.

It's pretty damn fugly alright.   I have this mold in different colours, it won't stand up in 'bot mode for me.

Not in any hurry to chase this one down.
