    Out these three artifacts;
    -Vector Sigma
    -the Matrix of Leadership
    -the AllSpark

    In what ways are they similar, and in what ways are they different?

    If you can give me summaries that help me separate them, I will greatly appreciate it.

    tfwiki.net's got you covered.

    As I like to see it, the Matrix contains a fragment from the Allspark, which physically manifests itself as a large, multi-facted crystal. Since the Allspark allows Sparks to enter the afterlife, it grants the Matrix access to the wisdom of the departed. Vector Sigma is often confused with the Allspark itself, but it is merely its custodian. It both protects and directs the Allspark and its energies, seeding life on Cybertron. The Allspark's protective casing is often a cube.

    I didn't find the wiki very helpful, that's why I turned to here.

    As I understand it:

    Allspark=Magic cube that turns things into transformers, lots of super energy and whatnot in it.

    Matrix of leadership/creation=Magic weirdly shaped thing that steroids you up and turns you into [associated name] prime.

    Vector sigma=Magic computer in the core of cybertron that knows tons of stuff, can bring things to life, and it spits out lots of confusing prophecies and whatnot.

    Vector Sigma is a sentient computer that grants life too Transformers like Primus

    Matrix is a plot device for destroyying Unicron

    Allspark gives life to Transformers. I thought it was what created all movie Transformers but since it was stated in AoE that Optimus was created, I guess it's something Transformers use to make other Transformers

    Really I just prefer to lump together everything under The Creation Matrix from the Marvel comics.
    Powerful computer program in unspecified energy form that gives TF life and has other weird properties in certain circumstances. At one point thought to be stored in Optimus' head, but actually originates from a container hidden in his chest. Can be tapped into by various means such as the Matrix Flame to create life if the Bearer isn't present. Gives the Bearer visions, and sometimes extra strength/physical upgrade and insight/wisdom. Usually carried by a Prime. Can be carried by a human, or even a Decepticon if compatible (or if the Matrix wishes to, it can mesh with, and restore, any lifeform). Later revealed to be a portion of the essence of Primus. Can destroy/imprison Unicron. Can be corrupted.

    The Creation Matrix is basically the catch-all Cybertronian mcguffin that all others wish they could be. It apparently can do all they can and more.

    Not really an answer to your question, but just thought I'd put it out there.
