I see alot of threads and posts from people complaining about scale. Wether it's movie Blackout or Animated Lugnut. People care alot about the scale of their Tf's. But the scale issue doesn't matter to me because I grew up on G1. And as we know, Bumblebee, Huffer, Brawl were all tiny compared to Megatron and Optimus Prime. Even Soundwave's Alt mode is way too big compared to the G1 TV shows. I guess I'm just curious as to how many of you out there really care about the scale of their Tf's.
i dont mind scale that much unless its something like making a leader sized robot with a car mode and a deluxe class aircraft carriar in the same line
I don't care about scale at all. As long as the toy is a good representation of the character in general, I'm pretty happy.
Scale is important for reenacting scenes from the movie. Most people seem to be using Voyagers and Deluxe sizes to stage battles between Autobots and Decepticons. It is also fun to do all the battles using the same sized FABs. For TF2, there are fewer Decepticon FABs. I hope they do FABs for Soundwave, Ravage, Alice, Fallen, all 7 Constructicons, etc.
I use to care about scale but I found it useless to bother. I like to have at least some kind of scale in vehicle mode but it's not a big thing to me
Don't mind scale in any tf line but the movie. If the bike sisters were scouts I wouldn't hesitate to pick them up.
I care about scale to a decent amount. I don't wanna buy ROTF Wheelie because he's too big in bot mode :| If he was a scout or something I'd buy it.
As the OP said, growing up on G1, scale went out the window at first light. We should all just accept the reality of mass shifting in both cartoon and toy, it explains everything. It's all about perspective
I'll buy toys I like no matter what, but I love it when a scale scene CAN be pulled off. Example: G1 Omega Supreme facing off with Henkei Astrotrain, surrounded with WST figures, and the WS"Dinorobots" attacking Action Masters Shockwave.
I don't care to much about scale, but its kinda cool when they are. I still get the figure regards of scale to each other, but when you look at some figures that are larger character in the show/movie I rather see the figure in the same way. Like look at the Movie line Autobots, a lot of them are into scale with each other or not far off of it and I have to say I do like it.
The only time it bugs me is when a figure is bigger than their counterpart. Soundwave/Blaster Galvatron/Rodimus... etc.
