I know it's not a good film, but i enjoy it bros.

I personally enjoyed the beginning and more scenes for the decepticons

I also like the twins because they were different.

I liked the parts that had Ravage in it.

 

I cannot remember the movie any more, so that is nice.

 

This is the one Bayformers installment that did the best job of showing the widest variety in the Transformers universe. We had incredible scale, from massive (Demolisher) to teeny tiny (the particulates that formed Reedman) and everything in between.

I loved Soundwave (a satellite) and Jetfire (grandpa blackbird).

I enjoyed the banter and beatdowns between Megatron and Starscream.

I enjoyed the Twins.

I liked how monstrous Devastator the combiner was.

I found the Dynasty of Primes interesting.

The forest fight was awesome, and Prime's approach to handling Decepticons was appreciated (at least by some circles).

 

I've actually got FOUR good things to say about it.

1. Despite being a train wreck, it did the best job of any of the sequels of maintaining the fun and more light-hearted atmosphere of the first movie. This is why, despite DotM being a better stand-alone movie, I'd rather watch RotF, since I feel less depressed after watching it.

2.A lot of the robot designs for this one were freaking awesome. Sideswipe, Demolishor, Devastator, Rampage, etc. I wish they'd go back to those more unique designs with the new movies.

3. The toyline gave us some of the best transforming figures ever made.

4. The extended score for the movie is pretty legit.

 

It made me save a lot of money!

Of the four I liked RoTF and DoTM best.

 

It's much better than Age of Extinction.

Edit: And the opening scene, forest battle and Devastator's transformation were really cool.

 

1. I liked Jetfire as a character.

2. The forest fight scene was great.

3. Isabel Lucas is nice to look at.

 

For the most part I really liked the first half of the movie. Other than some of the bad humor I thought it was pretty good. But after the forest battle the movie goes KER-SPLAT.

 

It had the best toyline from all of the movies.

Plus, designs were great and very creative.

 

I'll agree with this.

 

The animation had definitely improved in the two years since 2007, Optimus' facial animation in particular (no doubt due to them animating his face based off of Peter Cullen's performance).

This is true. The first part had most of the best parts: the forest fight, the Shanghai fight, the post-fight briefing with Galloway, etc. It's like the movie's quality died with Optimus.

And I still can't believe i forgot about the designs. As jru42287 pointed out, they were some of the most unique designs in the franchise. The new Autobots (save Sideswipe and Jolt) may have gotten the short end of the stick, but the Decepticons really did well.
