if i recall correctly, us rodimus was announced at sdcc last year, which was july, and i wanna say i got him at TRU in september?
so maybe july this year, just going out a few months from the announcement.

edit: correction: US rodimus was announced at botcon 2011, and first offered for purchase at SDCC 2011, which was July. he started showing up in stores in early august.

 

when is MP10 being released??

 

Betting either during/after Cmmicon or for holiday season

 

I'm loving the look of this Voyager Soundwave. I'll more than likely get him and his little buddies when they get released. Soundblaster would be cool, but I think one of this mold will be fine. Should be interesting to see how well the chest gimmick works.

Kickback certainly looks...interesting. Not sure if I'll get him. I want to see better shots of his insect-mode first. The bot-mode is definitely nice. Would be cool if they had the other two in the works too.

MP Prime looks good. Not sure if I'll get him, but there's definitely a good chance I will. Anybody know what he'll cost?

We don't have pics of him yet, but I'm definitely looking forward to Thundertron. I like the idea of the peg leg. Should be interesting to see how he turns out.

For those in the know, is it true that the repaints of Optimus and Shockwave as Ultra Magnus and Fireflight have new weapons? Over at Tformers it's said that Ultra Magnus has a gun and sword that combine, and that Fireflight has a sword and a sai. Is there any truth to this? I'd love for a TF to have a sai, but don't exactly trust Tformers reports on stuff like this (wouldn't be the first time they've made up random things like this).

Are we sure that the MP-10 is a TRU exclusive? I don't see the sticker anywhere. But I'm so psyched for everything in those pictures.

Alright I love the fact that TRU is getting MP10. The dollar to yen ratio is ass right now so this is a welcome opportunity for fans stateside. The Takara one has better deco but I dig the trailer stripes on this one ad I have yet to buy an MP10. This US version is not as cheap looking as I expected it to be, so I'll probably pick this up. Being that it IS Optimus, I hope TRU orders enough for everyone. I didn't see MP Rodimus too often and I rarely ever saw Grimlock. I'm glad I got both when I 1st saw them.

Stop buying them from e-bay! the scalpers can only do what they do if you as the buyer let them. If no one buys the toy from anywhere but TRU the scalpers lose alot of money, and will probably return them. But that logic is lost to he "gotta have it now" fans. Anyway I hope one day to see it happen and cost some scalpers a couple hundred bucks. lol

I like the designs but as was said before, a voyager soundwave and a deluxe shockwave doesnt make sense. So far I havent seen anything I want, Hoping the 40 has some Classic figures in it. Since we are down what about 15 figs so far.

I will get an Mp 10 if i see one, other than that, Show me more!
