I hope 'variations' refers to remolds.

I hope it's not Metroplex. I'm not sure what I'd do with my original one.

So, more Earthrise Cliffjumper-sized Deluxes.

I'd have wanted Bat Optimus -and Alligator Megatron - at least as Deluxes, but we'll see. And maybe we'll get a Nightscream as well.

So Commander Class alt-mode that turns into a Leader Rodimus with a battle platform?
The alternatives would probably be:
- Leader Alt-mode transforms directly into Leader robot. Result = no battle platform.
- Leader Alt-mode transforms directly into relatively smaller robot with battle platform. Result = undersized Rodimus Prime (especially if he's supposed to be Leader Galvatron's 'equal', like in the original movie. Now if Kingdom Galvy had been a Voyager like Siege/Earthrise Megatron, that might have been less of an issue).

So a Commander Class Rodimus Prime space winnebago would tick a lot of boxes for me.

 

I think a lot of people are missing the obvious. Totes gonna be an Ark that transforms into Metroplex as Autobot City AND robot mode.

Because Warden wanted to.

And Metroplex deserves better than what we got. As exciting as it was at the time, the other Titans have put him to shame, and some of his gimmicks were really poorly implemented the last time around. The ramps weren't even properly ramp-like, for starters.

 

Thought I just had... wonder how they'll handle the 5mm ports on the BW characters in Kingdom? Seems like it'd be odd to limit them only to the mechanical components of the characters in 'bot mode, but also seems like they could look really janky on organic surfaces in beast mode...

I'd still rather see Fort Max get the redo over Metroplex. Metroplex had his issues, but still in large part looks and feels like Metroplex.
Fort Max was kind of a disaster, and barely had alt modes.

 

True, but that probably is too soon. He was 2018 wasn't he? I skipped him because he just wasn't very good. I would have picked up Metroplex but he was long gone by the time I started collecting.

I just want a smaller Marvel-style Fort Max who can hang out with his Headmaster buddies instead of stepping on them.

 

I mean, they could simply do Decepticlone Weaponizers.

 

Having a squatter Metroplex that is sized a bit more comparatively with Trypticon would also be nice. I think most of us think more along the lines of this:

I did consider him, but I want this look for the head.

 

They both lack in putting them in some cool poses(those ankles is a big part of it...)

 

I kinda want the Ark to “transform” into Autobot headquarters that can fit into a standard shelf, with teletran 1 and “Skyspy” instead of the Ark transforming into a robot we’ve never seen.

I also think Rodimus Prime will get the Earthrise Optimus treatment. Hell come in a voyager sized robot mode with his base Platform like g1 toy. In order to get the Winnebago mode you have to transform the robot and platform together, just like the G1 toy. The plus side you get a robot with incredible articulation.

 

I want this but not for Fortess Maximus , I want this for GRAND MAX and BLACK ZARAK

 

Hopefully they're limited to the bot-mode. If they want to put some on the outside, they should wait for the Pretender Beasts.

 

I'd hate for them to waste a $80 Commander slot on a Rodimus toy, when there are so many better options for that slot. That would have the top two price points taken up by a figure that doubles as a playset.

 

If they're co-leads, that shows the scope of the job must be absolutely massive. John was doing it by himself, but the role has grown so large it now needs two people. Understandable I guess with Bot Bots, Cyberverse, Generations, RED, Studio Series and Movie lines all needing to be managed.

 

you could probably get away with a "middle of the back" or "under the wings" on some modes, but I hope they don't overdue it.
