Take his win a big grain of SALT. I guess someone said TFs filing is supposed to take place Royal Navy Submarine Museum soon. And a Sub that is there may be the same Sub used in the movie that we see Marks and Laura's characters in. But the rumor is that this sub to be films is supposed to be a new Decepticon. If true, this would be something the Dinobots would need to fight!

If true, at this point I want Con. The Bots are already massively stacked and have the Dinonots with new dinobots coming. The Cons need something more too. And I have a feeling that because this is "Bays last movie" directing, he may be throwing in all the past concepts that he couldn't fit from past movies.

And this decision was brought to you by the fact the ship completed restoration in 2014 so it still looks nice. Otherwise I bet they would have instead used U-505 in Chicago.

Is this a resurgence of the transforming air craft carrier idea i wonder...

Hopefully not just another CGi thief if true!

I used to have a transforming submarine, i think it was a gobot, for a while i thought it was a missile and used to run around sainsbury's while my parents were shopping, pretending to blow up the cereals! Ahh i just caught myself reminiscing! :lol

That's awfully old----has Michael Bay ever used anything other than the very newest military hardware?

Now thinking about it. This is the HMS Alliance. Everyone remember the HMS shirts that both Mark and Laura had on? Maybe navel garb they find on the ship and change into? Mane another one of bays many little Easter eggs he likes to hide in the movies? Product placement for the Londons Navy?

Think about it. IF this is true, it's keeping with the theme of all these old military vehicles popping up. Whatever is happening, we may end up with a whole lot of old TFs/Seekers coming back online for some reason.

I could see the sub being Tidal Wave. After all it wouldn't be the first time we've had a giant sea based Decepticon.

How about Jetfire? He's a SR-71 Blackbird and those are from the 1960's!

The HMS Alliance is the last remaining intact British Sub from WWII guys. So I can see this being an important scene in the movie if this rumor holds up.
