Nice. Hopefully if/when they make toon prime, they'll add all the line art on his thighs, and rework his face. That might push me over the edge, I'm still warming up to this design.

 

Can you smooth out those exhaust pipes on his shoulders? Looks damn good otherwise.

 

Can't wait for someone to make an Optimus completely accurate both in robot and truck mode so people can complain the transformation isn't cartoon accurate

Thinking about this as Optimus, I reckon the odds of a chromed out waist are pretty high considering their obsession with it recently.

 

To look on par with other Primes on the market that have simple transformations, especially when the transformation here is going to be ass.

SMDH, gonna have to pick this up, as we all know FT will release this one day.
Just makes my buyers remorse for MS-02 that much greater.
So far I have been able to avoid buying a ton of MP Primes, but really don't want nor have the room for any more.
MP-10 to MS-01 to MS-02, and in the future to FM-01.

 

And of course the homage repaint that can go alongside Cell's as "never going to happen".

 

Maybe I'm wrong, but if they ever do Prime I doubt they'll use this design.

 

I am pretty sure this will ne a nice optimus and i am pretty sure the inner core bot IS the moderate retool(since tbis IS FT, magnus likely revealed first to steal sales from xtb which ships in a month or two)...so fm-01 will likely be similar but fairly different...FT doesnt skimp with retools. Look at brawn and outback. that being said inner magnus has a toy inspired head...OP will likely feauture a toon and toy option. The back pack is also obviously a magnus back and optimus will likely have a different look in back. The thighs probably will not be outboard of the hips either. Thifh panel detail willblikely change. This is obviously all my speculation though. Excited to see fts take on op

 

It makes sense that a G1 OP from FT is in the works. After all, they hinted at this a couple years back during one of the early promo pics for Tesla 2.0.

 

Alt mode pics for the cab have been released; I've added them to the first post. Looks pretty clean, with a nice flat truck bed!

@Nova Maximus & @tomac66, I've added your digibash to the first post too, since it's a good estimation of what the Optimus version might look like!
