the impulse choice would be an Autobot that has a lot of white in his color-scheme...but as we saw with Bumblebee and Megatron, that won\'t necesarily be the case...

Springer?  He came off as a pretty tough character, which might fit in with the Sarge\'s personality...

HotRod?  Seems less a possibility...

I get the impression it will be a fairly big name character,,,

Ironhide isn\'t a natural choice due to the TTT color scheme, but again that seems to be one of the low factors determining which character gets used...include enough flashes of red and it might work...

Looks similar to Wheeljack at the beginning of Episode 1. It also looks like it belongs on one of David Fletcher’s Worst Tanks lists. Not sure if I’ll bite on this one, I just got Bee and his roll cage infuriates me. We’ll see how I feel when my Megatron arrives.

 

I think we can rule out Bumblebee since he's already been done. Optimus has to come out in the line at some point, but I would think it would be a higher profile/more classic vehicle than the Triple-T...I could obviously be wrong. It seems like Hasbro is really putting some spotlight on Sarge's character, and it would surprise me to see Optimus as his vehicle. Warpath and Brawn might be logical choices...but I think Ironhide has a better shot than those guys based on all of the service he's gotten the past few years. I don't know...I say Optimus or Ironhide.

 

I hope the character IS Triple-T, a new Autobot.

I'd much rather it be that than it be Mirage, Optimus, Grimlock, etc.

 

Ironhide does have a similar personality to Sarge, so I could see that.

 

Optimus always did a pro-wrestler move on Megatron

 

It would be awesome if is Brawn.

I would love Wheeljack as well.

Hopefully is not Optimus.

I want to see Prime as Snow Cat or the APC.

Also this is great news for O-Ring Joe fans like myself.

I mean Snow Cat was based on the Snow Cat GI Joe vehicle. I can see the Snow Cat as Optimus Prime with that same look. Just an Optimus Prime head on it. Ratche would look cool too as a Snow Cat.

So, Megs and Bee have been released, Soundwave is said to be on the way, and now we have this one. Wonder what Prime will be, if not the Triple-T here.

 

Ideally, Prime should be a Rolling Thunder.

 

Mattle recently did a SGT Slaughter at the end of their MOTWWEU line and I think they have one in the wrestling line as well.

 

I’ve never been a G.I. Joe fan, but as someone who has grown up with a lot of hardcore wrestling fans, I’ve always loved the fact that Sgt. Slaughter is a member of the Joes. I always swore if I got any G.I. Joe toy, I’d get him. When the new Classified series figure was announced, I planned to get him, but ultimately canceled my order to save some much needed funds at the time. If this pans out and I have some extra cash on hand, you can be damn sure I’m gonna get a Sgt. Slaughter/Transformers crossover toy.

Also, just throwing in my two cents of theories for who could be the Triple T’s alt mode, since we know the vehicle’s color scheme doesn’t matter, I’m guessing either Brawn or Gears. The Triple T’s size suggest a minibot and both have shapes in their own original alt modes that kind of resemble the silhouette of the TTT.

 

I believe the reason why it’s both is due to Sarge’s contract with WWE. He’s got what’s known as a “Legends” contract, which I understand to mean that WWE can promote him, and so can he and his own people.
