To be honest I had a feeling that'd be the case since Siege was able to impress people with how more willing of Hasbro to cater to old school collectors which is both a good and bad thing since that means that some people would then want Hasbro to now give the rest of the G1 characters who already got good representation in Generations the WFC treatment in that terms likely at the expense of characters that have yet to see any modern update. sure that's not the case now with us getting Sky-Lynx,Quintessons as well as Scorponok if the leeks are true for example but still how do we know that it may not happen eventually?

When you put it like that it does explain some things. Both Optimus and Starscream were present in the 86 movie so Earthris could actually be 86 themed which the fact that we now have the Quintessons likely showing up making that more possible.

I want toys from those episodes that are actually playable....ones that I don’t have to worry about extensive paint chipping and breakages...toys that I can mess and play around with my kids...

AS far as I know, the way Hasbro works that they will retool existing mold into some kind of new character, either it's a repaint, a simple retool, or a massive retool. I wouldn't be surprised if jetfire mold is reused, or retooled into other characters. Though I can't imagine what, but their designer is some of the best in the planet (fight me for this) so I'm sure they'll think of something

why not now and buy MP44?

this list is new to me too, but what I saw was an actual pictures (except the exclusive pack, that one all I got is a list), so my
'rumor' is a fact (though whether Hasbro decided to release them or not is a different story, but it'll be foolish not to). But I can confirm that at least two from that list are correct. One being scorponok, and the other one is easy to guess

Those list grows pretty short nowdays, isn't it? I haven't heard or saw anything though
but I do wish they made barrage, ransack, and venom so chop shop have friends to play with. And how awesome would it be if they decided to rerelease or remade the kronoform line?  

 

that list with the conehead 3 pack is bogus, primarily because it includes a deluxe shrapnel who lost the fan vote. spinister is only in siege because he got pulled from earthrise so the precedent is still fan vote losers "shouldn't" be released in the same line as the one they lost but extenuating circumstances might let them. earthrise isnt even out yet so there are no extenuating circumstances that would force shrapnel to be in earthrise

 

Reason I asked about Jetfire is because SIEGE Jetfire nailed the cartoon Skyfire once and for all IMO, which just leaves the G1 toy version Jetfire to be homaged(Classics one is awesome but small and I use it with my SIEGE Starscream and T30 leader is a bit underwhelming). Hoping for an Earthrise Jetfire to nail the G1 toy homage once and for all the same way SIEGE Jetfire nailed cartoon Skyfire.

 

It’s unlikely we will ever get an accurate toy Jetfire, it’s a macross design afterall
