im hoping that quintessa (not voyager quintessons, its a separate listing) is actually an allicon
My mind is kind of empty on Quintessa.
I really hope they will be producing at least Judges, Scientists, Prosecutors and Allicons. Two of those are obviously not in that listing.
I think the judges were the biggest Quintessons, so Quintessa could be any of the others.
But she also could be a G1-ified TLK Quintessa. Which considering the focus on fembots these past years might be a thing.
I never said that, go read my posts, I said that it's their IP and they can make whatever sizes they want, I only exclaimed that the proper scale per Predaking should be Titan, If they can scale Sky Lynx to POPT Predaking at Commander than so be it,
barney style: Sky Lynx should scale with POTP Predaking.
If it doesn't, so be it, Hasbro makes the rules etc, they hold the IP and can do as they please but to you I say, please don't put words in my mouth, feel free to quote.
Thank you. Will do.
And by implication the improper scale is Commander.
'Barney style'. Jesus.
The list look like it's from the end of the line so I'd guess quintessa is scheduled for wave 4 of the deluxes. Since a few pages back we figured out that there will probably be an Arcee in the line at an earlier time I'd guess is it's a repaint/retool of arcee.
Nice to see us getting the Quintesson's after so many years but I can't lie, I would have rather save them for part 3.
I'm so happy the next Comannder is Sky Linx! What amazing news to hear, on top of us getting Scorponk which we already knew about.
So wave 2 is looking like
2 86 movie bots
That does make me wonder what the other 2-3 waves will be. Bumblebee, Runabout, Snapdragon seem lock from what we heard. No signs of Inferno or Trailbreaker seems to be pointing to Selects/Store exclusive but we shell see. Allthough it does make me wonder what the rest of Earthrise will be? A new Tracks, Blaster, Arcee would be nice.
Siege and generations selects collectively had about 70 numbered figures in a year, I have a feeling we’ve barely scraped the surface of what we will be getting
Considering we barely got impactor and mirage last month I'd bet Runamuck's release will most likely fall within the end of Earthrise, so around wave 4 if it follows siege's release pattern of about 5 waves total.
If it's a fembot that could be the case.
As loathe as I am to turn down a potential new fembot, I kind of wonder if Quintessa is going to be a Micromaster Base (Are they calling those MODULATORS?) themed after what we saw of the planet in TFTM?
Mind you she could still be a fembot even then.
Also another thought: the Judge face masks seem like they'd be the perfect size and shape to fit in with the AIRLOCK system or whatever it's called. Maybe not so much the ramp part but I could definitely see them having a 5MM post on the back of the mask which could attach on a WFC figure as a shield. This also makes me suspect if we get a Judge figure, potentially as an accessory with that Voyager Quintesson figure, perhaps that it will not have all of the masks come with but will have ports to attach additional masks to it, perhaps sold as micromaster/battlemaster type sets or as accessories with other figures?
I seem to be the only one interpreting Phamduc's post as the Quintesson Voyager being a Cyberverse figure. Perhaps he meant it looked as basic as a Cyberverse figure.
I dunno, a Voyager sized toy that does not transform, has a low parts count, a tiny number of articulation points- that seems almost sacrilegious to be in a Generations line.
I agree with you, but we haven't gotten a Quintesson in what will be 36 years, I'm buying it because I don't have a Hasbro Quintesson and Hasbro never made a g1 / CHUG one.
People don't like limited articulation, but if there's only one figure of it on the market, they will buy it. And Hasbro knows that.
I'm curious to see an alt mode, or if there is an alt mode.
First look at alt mode for the Quintesson.
I don't know what in the crunchy fuck is that, but it's gonna give me nightmares
My prediction is that Hasbro will be canny and package a Quintesson Judge as an 'accessory' with a transforming figure, possibly a Sharkticon or Allicon. We'll all know the Quintesson is the real main character in the pack but by packing it with a transforming figure too it makes it's odds of selling better.
Though now this makes me realise I'm not sure how big the Judges are relative to Transformers? In the movie I can only remember the Prosecutor types being on screen directly with Transformers, specifically the Dinobots squashing them.
Hey @catz here's something I think you can answer... in preparation for Earthwise, which of your Classics/Universe/Generations figures would you sell to make room?
NONE OF IT
Repeated characters means he’ll got alt mode duty. Or combined
I've been thinking about selling my T30 Doubledealer since I hate the rubber parts. I like the character.
Am I missing much by selling this figure?
I'm gonna guess Cyclonus based on the bolded word and the fact that the Combiner Wars version has a pretty good alt mode.
Or Wheeljack or Sunstreaker, etc
Separate names with a comma.
