Hey guys, do you think RTS Lugnut is worth the 40-50 bucks he's going for? I want him, but I'm not sure.

he's good, but not $40-50 good. I see him on Ebay for about 15-20 loose and 25-35 misb... those prices are more realistic

I got kind of shocked at those prices, but then I remembered that forty bucks is about twenty-five GBP, and that's his price on Amazon UK.

And hey, twenty-five GBP is totally reasonable for how glorious he is.

Probably not. But hey if it's a must have in your collection, that's not too bad.

I'd say yes. He's probably the best toy from Generations/RTS/HFTD!

If you can get him cheaper that is always a better plan. Lugnut was actually the first upcoming figure I was like, looking forward to owning when I first started collecting. For real though, the only way to describe this figure is....GLORIOUS!!

Thanks, I'll be patient and try to find him for a better price. I currently have NO idea on how to use the junkion exchange, so I'll have to reasearch that. Thanks again!

    He is a good figure.

Nice looking in robot and vehicle mode.

The only thing that irks me is the weapon.

It can be rather cumbersome having to work around it when posing.

For the price you listed perhaps patience in finding a cheaper one is better.

All the best Bossguy in acquiring him in the future.

Ya I agree on the weapon. It would be better it could unplug out of his back.

    About this.

To be honest, he's good enough to warrant that price, but if you're smart you don't have to pay that much.

It's really one of my favorite TFs in... a while. Unique alt-mode, posable fingers, good looking robot mode, fun gimmicks, great deco, a ton of attention to detail... really an awesome figure.

My son and I recently dropped one off at a "Toys For Tots" box.

Try to look for one here on the boards or look for it on ebay for cheaper than the market ?price. But looking for one at retail or below? Sorry you missed the boat on that.

I have two spare MISB that I intend to paint up. £60 GB shipped fully deco'd like the one in my sig.

Moving the tail into a weapon doesn't really work well and doesn't look the part but a bit of shaving allows the weapon to go over his head a least. £30 unpainted shipped internationally but currency conversion doesn't show so well when going into US$ unfortunately, I wouldn't pay fore than £30 unless he's in his glorious Decepticon purple colours.

I hear nothing but good things about the RTS Lugnut figure but I've put off purchasing until I find a loose good conditioned figure for under $20.

It's easy. If you find something in a thread that you're interested in just respond with a post or send the seller a private message. And don't let anyone talk you into sending a Paypal payment marked as a gift.

I don't know about being talked into, but it's up to the buyer as to whether he wants to pay the fees or not. If feedback is perfect, there's really little risk in doing it.
