well, I think many people were expecting a very large and bulky long haul, which isn't the case at all. he will fit in scale perfectly with the other rotf constructicons it seems.

Dude. If he's really 20cm, he will look HUGE next to all the other Movie Voyagers. Sometimes I wonder if we live on the same planet...

Actually, if he is 20cm to the top of his head, and even after accounting for the tires potentially coming closer to his shoulders, he's still going to be a good sized Voyager class figure. Not the tallest we've ever seen, but definitely a good looking figure compared to the others.

Yeah, tbh, I was expecting a larger looking Long Haul than this, but at the same time I'm happy with how he's turned out. Although I like the design so much, I'd probably be willing to buy almost any toy Hasbro gave us that had any resemblance of this awesome looking bot on it (the RPM of him is a decent example, lol). Though it helps that he still resembles the big screen version of the character, and scale has never honestly been something I've ever really cared about.

I had such high hopes and then - pending mistransformation (likely) and better articulation than shown in the arms (not likely) - he comes out looking like this. Alas. His was one of the few movie designs I had some interest in and the mucked up the toy. I'm glad some of you are loving it, but so far, he isn't for me.

only complaint is the axe-i wish it had been firey looking stuff, to be video-game accurate (which im guessing is also movie-accurate)

but ya, cant WAIT for this guy, or his contructicon pals, and im curious as to what 1214 means.

and i bet the fan who made this who was hired by the designers gets the first one-he totally deserves it, and it would be AWESOME for him to have his idea in toy form

EDIT::also, to me, his arms seem fine! looks to have the same arm articulation as Animated Starscream

It's got a few obvious mis-transformed spots, and not just the wheels. For instance, I bet the front "guard" areas from the truck wrap around the thighs to make the "cages" we saw in the concept design. I think I even see tabs to hold them in place. Really there's only two reasons (or more accurately, one reason) he looks so odd.

    - The legs seem too long. Which ties into reason two:
    - Every image of Long Haul we saw before had him with his legs in a more natural "relaxed" stance.

It appears his arms will have a mech-alive piston gimmick (similar to Masterpiece Prime), and while his wrists only hinge inward, they at least will point palm up with the elbow bent, and not down like Starscream's.

Maybe it's a date that is important to Mr. Nizzi. A family birthday, perhaps?

1214 is sorta like NIZI upside-down. Kinda. Just sayin'.

For the record, at 20cm at the wheels, Long Haul is taller than ALL Animated/Movie 1 Voyagers measured at their tallest point.

Now please go back play with your imaginary unseen ROTF toys.

Huh...I did not notice that. It makes perfect sense. That could be the little significance/nod of the 1214 being printed on Long Haul. At the very least it makes sense to me, lol.

Why didn't Yizhi photograph other Constructicons next to Long Haul?

Rampage is JUST off camera in the comparison pics.

Sadly I've got no Skids or Sideswipe.

Mind comparing it to a black poodle?

Oh didn't you know? It's because Longhaul can combine with them and he's just keeping it a secret because Has-blow sucks and Takara is the best ever.
