Is he supposed to be out yet? Just went to Walmart today to get Sideswipe, and they had two of them. No pics, but I didn't know if he was released. Sorry if this is old news.

Got the first one in that small window Walmart was selling them for $35. Can't complain about $35. If Walmart screws up again and puts this one on sale for $35 again, I'd get another. Love the new body design and the battle mask on this one.

I don't think it was a screw up... WM got a whole shipment of them in when they got the Bumblebee 3-pack and (at least at my stores) had an island display for the $35 Ultimate BB.

I like the toy, but I won't be pulling the trigger on this one until it hits similar sub-$50pricing.

Still mad aboout missing the 07 version when it was $35, but I'd much rather my 100 go towards some version of Devestator.

Rather buy ROTF Devastator for $100 rather than yet another Ultimate BB. Still haven't opened the first one.

Got my TFTM one for $50 or something. It's not horrible or anything. It's just not really that good. Big boxy battery packs and motorized gimmicks can murder the quality of a big-bot. It's even worse when the gears break and you get a nice loud clicky "this thing ain't workin' right" sound whenever he moves.

He's also something of a pain to transform.

The $35 price was a screwup. That was the old clearance price. They didn't update the computers in time for when they got those island displays.

Just because you gave him a battle mask and a new paint job does'nt mean I will buy him again for much more money Hasbro.

I actually returned my original Ultimate Bumblebee to Walmart a few months back. I bought it for $90 when they first came out in 07 in the middle of the first movie craze, and just felt guilty whenever I looked at the thing. I couldn't bring myself to open it, so it just sat around collecting dust. I was shocked when he rang up at $89.99 credit, almost two years after I originally bought him and with no receipt (especially since I heard a lot of people were finding these for $35 at the time). That's some nice store credit. I would NEVER buy this craptastic figure again, remold or not, and feel very lucky that my local store took him back for full price.

Human Alliance Bumblebee pisses (oil) all over Ultimate Bumblebee, even with being less movie accurate in certain areas.

with a price of $98.88 for ultimate bumblebee. Really devastator has got to be more worthy of $100.

I saw it at walmart this morning to. I almost had a heart attack seeing ultimate bumblebees in the leader spot. (hav'ent seen leaders in my area: desperately want) Fortunatly they only stocked two so I pushed them to the side.
