    prolly not cause I don't think the buyer even wants it. good guy though, from what I heard he did a BIN with chris morada's fallen prime too.

    I wanna see the Deluxe + Voyager Devy! With maybe a Scratchbuild Scavenger, kitbash FAB Long Haul into a Deluxe complexity toy and Overload as a Bonecrusher kitbash. That's what I'm gonna try... eventually. =P

    If they don't make Scrapper just include a Supreme Devy Scrapper. But hopefully not, he's my second favorite Constructicon after Long Haul! I bet you they're not going to even touch Hightower, so Supreme is the way to go for that, too. ^^;

    I just picked up Devy at TRU today and I cannot figure out for the life of me how you did the neck mod so he's not looking down. As I recall I thought you mentioned that it was something easy to do.

    It is work like this that is really making me want to try my hand at custom painting my figures. I did a little bit of Silver Sharpie on my ROTF Prime and added gold/silver teeth to my Skidz, but I am still uncertain about the proper paints and what not. Also, while doing the swords, I got a little bit of silver on Prime's inner armplate. I had to scrap it off and it took a little of Hasbro's original paint with it. I mean, you never see it cause it is always either inside the arm or just behind the front wheel but it bugs the crap out of me! (I had enough common sense to move the flap out of the way on the second arm).

    Some just may never understand. There are lots of fans out there, most are (thankfully) different from one another.

    Thanks guys!

    someone asked "why didn't hasbro do this?"

    simple...because they aren't charging us 4,000 bucks. I bet if they even charged twice what it is right now, we'd have gotten a better figure.

    Mike stuck a $4k buy it now on the auction, and MIke's piece of art was worth $4k to the person who bought it. I dont really look at it like "charging" someone that much.

    but with hasbro, I look at it like this, the Mcfarlen toys (or whoever you sell it), they have insane amount of detailing, and those figures ell for what? $20.00 a pop? If that toy company can do that, then hasbro could "potentially" put out a ROFT Devy with incredible detailing, and charge $150.00.

    that's just my 2 cents

    yep. I start most of my auctions at .01 cents, with a BIN option sometimes. When potential bidders see an auction climb very fast in the first 10 hours, sometimes (I suppose) they get nervous and prefer to cut the BS ...and just buy it.

    i'm not saying anything about the custom job itself. I think it's breathtaking. I'm simply commenting on why hasbro can't do it.
