I just noticed that the nose cones on Airazor and Air Raid have been blunted compared to the Energon versions.

That sucks. They should've at least stuck a rubber tip on there like Silverbolt has. Looks goofy blunted like that.

You'd think they could at least have assembled Stormjet/Silverbolt properly this time.

stoopid american parents and stoopid children. seriously, what child is dumb enough to poke themselves with a toy? Why blame the toy company. Everytime some moron shoots him self with a gun or cuts him self with a knife, you dont make the gun company or knife company change their guns and knives to be less harmful for other morons.

    1. The more I see people with Superion sets the more I'm jealous...

    2. I bet, if I'm determined enough, that I can poke my eye out with the blunted tips. (Not that I will)

Anywho, I wonder why they went and blunted the tips this time around instead of at the beginning. Ah well, I guess it doesn't really matter. The new tips aren't really inhibiting the toys, and they don't look vastly different so it's all good. Besides, I'm still looking forward to getting these bad 'bots so the new feature isn't any deal breaker for me.

Wrecking toys with pointless "child safety" features is bullshit. When I was 5 I filled my ears with gravel and had to go to the doctor to have it removed, kids will always find a way to do dumb things. Safety is only going to come from supervision.

    Weh.

Kids could really hurt themselves on that.

I think it's more idiotic to complain about someone trying to make a childrens' toy safer for children.
    That could explain a lot.

    wh

I guess the regulations have gotten even worse since Energon, I mean they would now have waisted money on redoing that one part unless it had.

It would have been cheaper just to reuse the mold instead of tweaking it.

the companies arent making the toys safer for the fact of them being safe its because parents don't take responsibility for themselves anymore

we need pointy toys to weed out the stupid kids and keep the gene pool strong. i think adjustments to toys like this is why autism is on such a rise lately. where were all these autistic kids when i was growing up? we somehow managed to make it through childhood. LETS JUST BUBBLE WRAP THE WORLD PEOPLE.

someone show me a kid that can't handle playing with the original energon form of these toys so i can take an insurance policy out on them.

I'm actually siding with Hasbro on this one.

Think about it. The economy sucks, it's worse than it was when Energon was out. Parents are strapped for cash. They decide to sue someone. So, how could they get free money? They make a situation where a child gets hurt on a toy, and sue the company for millions.

Hasbro's only making sure they don't lose money, so they can continue making toys.

And HOW is this making the toy worse? I like the blunted nosecone better. Does it effect the toy's performance? Are you REALLY going to notice that every time you play with it?

Why did you think that would be a good idea again?

I don't want to get too far off topic. I remember it sounded funny so i just put more in.

Seriously, I have kids so I know about the dangers that kids face. There are so many ways to do damage that the only real strategy is to supervise your kids while at the same time teaching them what kind of behavior is appropriate. Hopefully then when there is no adult around they will not stab a sibling in the eye with the nearest pointy object.
