Odds on the Stockade repaint being named "Gears"?  

 

ill wait for more pics of Stockade to judge. and there already pumping out the repaints arent they Nightbeat looks alright but id rather get Dead End

 

One of these days, hopefully someone's going to post a picture of that Arcee figure transformed correctly, to provide a better idea of what it's actually supposed to look like in robot mode. Not sure how much that'll help, granted.

Nightbeat's a definite pass, as I'm not fond of that colour scheme, but I'm glad they're keeping the name in circulation. Stockade is a mold I like, but I don't have the money for repaints any more.

 

Hmm, that Nightbeat is a maybe, but that Stockade looks full of win.

 

I just dont think this does his character justice and baby blue? nthx. Saying that its nice to see a NB toy again and with my fanboy angst to one side its a nice toy... shame dead end looks way cooler

 

Cool, but pass on the repaints. This line's going to be expensive enough for me as it is.

 

I see blue and red on the inside of stockade so calling its being Gears

 

Gears!! That's awesome. Glad to see some traditional '84 homages again! The tampographs are a hint as well.



Look at all that color packed inside! I almost wonder if their going to paint his allspark chest crest yellow like g1 gears.

Nightbeat is ok. The master detective is no longer a real gear. Much closer to the intended homage this time hasbro.

It will get me to buy the mold again however painful ($8.99 for scouts  )

Arcee is looking ok. I've heard the cycles are much larger than you expect in person.

 

I'm thinking the Stockade repaint will be called Gears as well, although I don't know what's drawing me to that conclusion. 

 

I was thinking Wheeljack for the Stockade repaint, only because his head looks pretty similar to the G1 character.

 

i am totaly diggin that nightbeat. sold. 

 

Not sure if Nightbeat colors really work for that mold. Just seem a bit off somehow.

I'm also not really digging "Gears" deco either.
I agree with something I believe Omegaus said, which was that they should use that mold for a RID X-Brawn repaint. That would look better. imo

All those clashing colours of silver, baby blue, translucent purple, red etc... Maybe they should name it Thunderclash?  

 

Stockade repaint is tempting...for a simple mold I really liked it.

The more pictures I see of Arcee the more I'm leaning towards skipping it.

Nightbeat='Meh'. Probably passing on most of the repaints from the line unless I really really like them a lot.

 

His head is actually really close to the Gears toy, too. With the visors and all. Should be a solid homage.

 

Figured from the pics we got from Botcon Dealer room that the Detour repaint would be Nightbeat.

That Stockade "Gears" repaint is really not doing anything for me at all.
