This is the first ROTF custom i've done (unless you count Rampage w/ frenzy_rumble's arm mod method)

When i got Skids and Chromia yesterday, i was happy. But after looking at Skids for a while, i realized i didn't like his colors. He looked exactly like the stock images. First off, he came with the painted hood, but he had unpainted teeth. After i painted the teeth, i realized i didn't really like his overall look, so i got to work.

Repainting his body with dark silver and some small gold touchups (tooth, some areas on his arms, chevy symbols), i give you ROTF Skids: dyingwill3rd version!

    Update
Didn't like his unpainted parts, so i went for movie accuracy. I'd like to give thanks to frenzy_rumble, for being one of the people on this site who inspires me and for posting his ROTF Skids which is what i based my Skids on

    Great work here, dyingwill3rd!

The paint apps are way cleaner and are better finished than your earlier customs. :)

    Keep up the good work!

Hahaha yeah I used to do that too with some of my earlier customs. I think that having to improvise with what is at hand is one of the fun things about kitbashing :)

When I was painting Skids, I realized that my brush couldn't fit in his eyes. So i went back in my house (i paint in my garage) and found the toothpicks. So since i painted Skids with a toothpick, i've been using it on other customs.

Thanks! I really like how he turned out
