man you are rockin and rollin on these movie figs!!! just a little adds so much. Looks good.. Where did you find mudflap?
for first question..yea where do u find that?? for the custom parts...damn u TC...thats awesome!!!sold ur old figures just to spent this coming Rvenge ha?want to see next pal..
Everybody refers to them as "herp and derp" and i dont get it...whats that mean exactly? Anyway they look great i love these little guys! Cant wait to get my hands on em!
It means random "******" sounds, for lack of a better term. Kinda offensive really, but appropriate to their characters.
*slap* BAD Tcracker! *Slap slap* BAD! Anyway, a constructive comment would go here if i knew excactly what you did to your figures.
these 2 inspired me to jump on the WIP twins I had going on. Why hasbro used 2 different shades of green on skids, we'll never know...
To answer your question, I basically highlighted the mechanical parts with gunmetal and silver and rouched up some areas with some detailing. The original figure was pretty bare. Eg: Mudflap's thighs are basically puke brown plastic and I referenced to the CGI pics and highlighted the mechanical areas. The same goes for Skids. The stock colors dont them justice as they have tons of detailing on the plastic themselves.
Pretty sums up Hasbro's entire movie output IMO. Grumbling aside I like what you've done with the twins. Do you have any plans to do the ice cream truck when it's out?
