It means whenever Hasbro releases the Animated Ironhide toy, it will be BATTLE CHARGED from Cybertronian Ratchet.  

 

The gunhand is new, as well as the sounds, I believe. Oh, and it's the production Chevy instead of the prototype, so the front grille is different.

EDIT: Actually, gunhand might not even be new.

Actually, the production Camaro looks (more or less) like the 2007 version of Bumblebee. The one in Revenge of the Fallen with the new front end and hood is from a version that will probably not be released, given GM's woes.
