buh-buh-but that would mean... Takara... bad?
TAKARA NOT BAD, TAKARA GOOD!
Go back and read the post. Too much to explain again.
I did read the post. I actually read a thread before I reply to it.
my reply stands.
Then I have nothing to explain.
Kenm both Hasbro and Takara jointly create the transformers products we see on shelves. The Half ass supreme Devastator was created by both Hasbro and Takara working together and will be sold in the US and in Japan. The Legends/EZCollection smaller scale Devastator combiner was made by Hasbro and Takara working together and will be sold in the US and in Japan as well. What are you even trying to say then? Both companies created both combiners and both will be released in BOTH countries as well.
And you are wrong that Takara comes up with the good combiner and Hasbro doesn't. I assure you Takara was also responsible for part of the 99.99 brick Devastator as well. Just in the same way that Hasbro was responsible for part of the legends Devastator as well. Takara even helped design the Animated toys which were not released in Japan at all. You are trying to say that Takara created this Legends Devastator without HAsbro and Hasbro created the Supreme devastator without Takara which is FALSE.
EDIT: I'm tired and testy. I'm goin to bed.
a little ignoramus and LITTLE Faultfinder i think? ;-)
Well I had pretty much given up on getting Devestator but I may just have to pick up this one. Didnt get into the Legends class much (none for the movie(s)), but I think I'll have to get into it for ROTF. I did like the Legends Jetfire and Springer as well.
And of course Hasbro will release this one. The only Takara TFs Hasbro hasnt done is the Label series, MP series (save two) and the new Alternity line (which in my understanding is the scale Takara originally wanted to go with for the Alt/BT line).
The size of this guy kinda reminds me of G1 Devs....
You know, the Hasbro vs. Takara argument is almost laughable at this point.
They are and they did. It's the subject of this thread.
As for combiners since Energon, name me one "good" combiner since Energon that Takara released which was not also released by Hasbro.
Shocking, isn't it?
I'll get this, It'l be Devastator vs Springer!
If the maniline toys were all scout class it might just work, BUT why would Hasbro issue 6 or 7 of what seem to be major characters at the that pricepoint? The legends versions looks really good anyway, and is an impressive piece of engineering given the general lack of detail and complexity that legends figures have.
Are you a stopmotionist?
I hope Hasbro steps up and releases these guys all in one gift box. That'd kick so much ass. I'd buy several....
I would be surprised if Hasbro DOESN'T release these here because in the last movie line EVERY character got a Legends class figure except for Frenzy. However, it can be argued that he DID get one with Deluxe Barricade.
anyone else notice the robot modes for the two yellow guys are switched?
Yes, it's mentioned in the original post. But can anyone tell if Rampage still has 4 legs on this Legends figure.
Either way, these are mine all mine!!
mixmaster looks like the head to me. dus any one agree????
Uh, we've known Mixmaster is the head ever since the $100 toy promotional pics came out, where Mix's alt mode just sits on top of Demolishor and the back of the cement truck opens up to reveal Devestator's face. What possibly could make people not think Mix is the head?
