    The Imax that I'm seeing Transformers at has a poll on it's website asking "what is the best film coming out this year in IMAX? the choices are;

    Transformers 2 (32.3%)
    Harry Potter 6 (30.1%)
    Star Trek (37.4%)

    obviously the Trekkies have hit the site first, Star Trek is winning and I think that's bullshit since none of the film was shot in IMAX, so let's make our presence felt and start voting!!!! Here's the link;

    IMAX THEATRE PALISADES CENTER - PALISADES CENTER, WEST NYACK NEW YORK

    lol. Since ST is the only movie mentioned to have hit the theaters, (I think it was tremendous, btw) I'll wait until after I see TF2 to vote.

    I did see Star Trek in imax and thought it was great.And im not a trekkie. But im not going back a second time to see it. I plan on seeing Transformers atleast twice in imax. Tf 1 i think i went 4 times in imax. So TF2 got my vote.

    ...for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. I'm a TF fan, but an even bigger HP fan, and I am more excited about HP6 than I am about TF2. Though in the end, I won't be seeing either one in imax. There just isn't one close enough to make the journey worth it, especially at over two hours driving time to get to the closest one. Imax just isn't worth the drive time, gas, and price. I'm perfectly happy with the Great Escape theatre I almost always go to when seeing a movie. As for Star Trek, I have to admit, it was a really good movie, but it's still Star Trek in the end, and thus something I've never had much, if any, interest in.
