Hi guys! first of, props to all the awesome customizers who have gone before me to make they're own version of this custom coz lets face it,this is definitely not a new idea... ;D Also, thanx to HasTak (sort of...) for not releasing a new mold or, at least a retool of ROTF Arcee, for Elita1 thus pushing me to make my own... ;D SO here she is: I tried to give her as much a "out of the factory" look as i can, being moderate on the paint details... & because i was lazy & as always, was too excited that i wanted to finish her ASAP... ;D she took me about 5 hours to make in total... I originally planned to go the more accurate, light redish purple color scheme but the deep purple appealed to me better... Also, I'm not a fan of parts forming so i went & sacrificed her left hand & placed her front wheel there instead... with ROTF Deluxe Arcee: the bike sisters: Thanx for looking guys!
Yup! same transformation as Arcee, with a small change, the front wheel fork doens't split anymore & the side panel that becomes the left arm is in reverse...
Very cool! I love how it looks so close to the artwork we saw, but is still in that realm of "workable toy release". I'd buy one if Hasbro released one like this.
Very nice work. If I were you though I would put the front piece of the motorcycle on her back and make it flip up over her head for vehicle mode, cause I think in Concept art she had that behind her on her back. Very nice all the same!
can you do a shot of all three of them chasing sideways. and another with them combined like the concept art? Great job BTW.
not sure what you mean by in reverse... this looks like the easiest mod by far, and I'd like to try it myself, with uh, some detailed instructions
I feel like my modding my actual Elita-1 into something different from Chromia to achieve a similar effect...
