The waist area really needs some paint to help break up all that red plastic... And I really do hope that the legs are mis-transformed.

 

There are several paint apps on that already it looks like but I really hope there are more on the final product as that looks a little blah.

 

Thanks for the pics GenZhao! Man this looks amazing! I hope it is Barricade. I was a big fan of the TF1 Barricade figure, and this one is much better!

 

It's funny, but looking at the side-on pic, my poor tattered brain just blurted out 'Kickback'....  

Looks good, though, whoever the heck it is.  

 

That is almost certainly Barricade. HE returns to KILLA YOU GOOD SECOND TIME.

And I must say, much as I love Animated... Oh how I've missed seeing all that molded detail SO MUCH. That shot of the underside of the car mode is amazing.

Mine too. Completely.

 

Those front lights look like they're from Alt smokescreen to me, the back may not be correct for an R8, however, it does fit with the concept car that led to it, the Le Mans Quattro.

Robot mode looks a lot better now you've had a try at it GenZhao, nice one, very impressed with th bot mode now, although it'd seem he has the same balancing issues he had from his previous toy.

 

I like the car mode; it's like toy crack. The robot mode doesn't do anything for me though.

 

Okay, THAT is a nice looking toy. I'm not usually a fan of fake vehicle parts (IE animated BB's chest) But this seems...okay. I'm willing to break my personal rules for Barricade.

 

Very nice, its looking far more Barricade-esque now.

That is one of the best alt modes I've seen on a movie toy...  and one of the worst bot modes... 
Look, I can deal with no hood logo on that car... but that robot body needs paint. He looks very bland. I am going to hope and assume that these are prototypes of some sort and that the final release will have some details painted on that solid red pelvis thing... and maybe a bit on his arms.

Either way, it's a deluxe so it's as good as bought..

 

Looks pretty cool, does resemble Barricade. Kinda small feet.

 

As good as it looked the other day, it looks a whole lot better when properly transformed. I still think that there's a good chance this is Barricade after a reformat. Either way I'll be getting it. If it isn't Barricade, I hope that we get a new toy for him, as the other wasn't all that good, imo.

 

Man, if that ISN'T Barricade I don't know what. His brother? I don't know.

Either way it's sweet on all cases but the tiny feet. Seems it is brimming with neat Automorph/Mech Alive gimmicks.

 

Nice new pics GenZhao. It looks a lot better properly Transformed. Still say this could go either way at this point... he's got a lot of design similarities with Barricade, but the leaked robot mode for the Chevy Traxx had a lot of similarities to Bumblebee. Eh, could be either way though... I'll give it that much.
