Face kinda reminds me of BW AirRazor. And I echo the early sentiments of the guy who asked: do we have any sort of confirmation from the ROTF premiere that we DON'T see the combined mode?
Aw, now I have to buy Chromia and wait for Arcee and Purp to come out :/ I am guessing that they released the bikes in the order that they did on purpose because the purple one is probably the missing link that does the combining and Arcee and Chromia kind of snap on and hang on like so....
I really like Arcee's design. Yeah, yeah, It's not sexy in the 80s fem-bot way, but that's not what I care about. I like it for the fact that it's a really original looking robot design that looks to have a really original transformation. I very much look forward to getting this figure. The combined mode looks like it's going to be...um...disappointing. I probably wouldn't have been interested in geting the purple one when she comes out, since she's just going to be a repaint/tool of Chromia, but since I got suckered into getting Chromia, I might as well just try and complete the set. But unless the purple one has some vast improvements in it, it looks like Arcee will be the only one I actually care about.
I like that the ROTF designers have been willing to try some weird and unorthodox robot designs. I just wish they wouldn't do it to loved and established characters. I don't even mind when the designs just kinda barely have anything in common with the originals or any other previous version. It's only when they go way overboard with the "monstery" designs for them that I really stop and scratch my head. We already had a good movieverse design for Arcee. I'll have to echo the people who don't understand why that changed.
Motorcycles transformers lately have shown some of the most unique and unconventional designs. The triplets are really growing on me individually, so if the combined mode is good then it'll be a bonus. I like Arcee better than Chromia though.
I know you can do it! Try connecting them the other way around and please make it look something like this: Also, when combined, Arcee's right elbow should be able to detach and "elongate" the arm. Where is Yitzhi, Master of Mistransformation, when we need him most!
I didn't want to like these...but I have to say I find the movie "robots that don't look like humans" are really intriguing.
I like their designs. I got Chromia so i guess im gonna be getting the other two also. Seems worth it though.
Besides being pink theres nothing to mark Acree as a femmebot. Am I wrong for wanting my girl robot's to be well girly?
Just about everything heard about the movie has turned out to be true - minus quotes directly from Bay. I can't believe people are still even toiled up over the "misinformation" thing Anyway, ROTF bike bots are fugly as hell to dis dude
She's more of a red, actually. I guess it isn't "wrong" to want fem-bots to look like human women, (Creepy maybe.) I just don't think it'd realy work for the movie style. And I know a lot of people sight the original Arcee fig from the first movie line, but what I find funny about that is fans originally complained about that one not looking "girly" enough either. lol I like fem-bots for their processors, not their chassis. ;p
wowo!!!! but.....as you can see,if this art work is true, the main part of the body is the purple 3rd member,we still need the main part to make them together. and most time artwork is much different with real toy.
s250 - i edited my post with a better image, including how they fit together, the arms were the wrong way around
hey,i've tried again, and here are new pics as you can see,it's hard to stand withouth the blance, and the big problem is where those small body parts to go
