    Lol, my wish has come true !

    G1 Constructicon repaints. Looks like I'll be getting two sets of non-combining Constructicons. One in movie colors, and one in G1 colors (assuming the repaint is not limited to Mixmaster).

    I was thinking of custom painting my CC's into G1 colors, but this just saved me the trouble. Thank you Hasbro :)

    that green/purple scheme is way better (its probably some degree of nostalgia but i really like the gaudy old skool colour schemes) but im not a fan of the individual constructicons (well not in bot mode anyhow). I can appreciate how the designer wanted to make each bot unique from each other and unique in TF world but for the most part i find them really ugly (mixmaster) or just plain silly (demolishor-he looks effective on screen but the toy really is lame to my mind).

    I really liked 2007's arcee design way better than this one, I actually own and like chromia, arcee just makes me miss the other design, however this will not stop me from buying it!

    AWWWWWWW, that's kind of gay. For some reason my mind immediately expected a red, white, and yellow Mixmaster instead of the more obvious Devastator colors.

    In this case, I agree - maybe if the colors were laid out differently, but for now, that looks putrid.

    Wow, I usually don't like G1 colors on movie molds (see Jazz or Starscream) but I actually like this.

    I swore off of Mixmaster's toy for it's awful color scheme, and then they come out with one with an awesome color scheme! I think I'll get that one.

    I don't really give a frak about Arcee, but I'm diggin MixMaster. And I'm also liking the red Sideswipe.

    Then just don't buy the original color schemes and wait for the repaints. Saves you having to get two of each mold.
