If it's an install 1.2 MB is really small it's likely to be 8.7 GB or more depending on what console you are using (xbox 360-xbox one, ps3-ps4) 1.2 MB will probably be the amount other game data takes up on your console
It depends on if it needs to install or not. I don't know if you need an install or not, I don't remember requiring an install for the xbox version of FOC, it may be different for playstation. I don't own a playstation device but you should be able to get a USB (16gb or something) and simply install the game onto that On the subject of installs, it should need an install on the xbox one or ps4 as most if not all games need do.
Downloading the full game from PlayStation Store will probably require something of the magnitude of 8GB, but if you buy the game as a disc the install will probably be no larger than 5GB.
Don't be cheap and either buy a 16GM memory USB card or get a hard drive for the PS3, you could get a 50GB hard drive for very cheap
A guy told me that the install size for FOC on the PS3 was 2.1 GB, so you say an install shouldn't be necessary on the PS3?
Xbox one internal memory is moré than enough also 8.7 gb is too small for a new generation game 15-27 gb should be more accurate
It's all pretty straightforward. If you buy the game digitally from PlayStation Store, you will require 8.7GB of harddrive space to download it. If you buy the game on a disc, there will be a mandatory install to help the game load faster and whatnot, and based on recent Transformers games, this will probably be somewhere from 2 to 5GB. If you have a 12GB console, you may well not have the space to buy the game digitally from PlayStation Store, but you'll be 100% fine if you buy the game on a disc, unless you already have a bunch of other stuff on the console.
I have a 12GB console (9.15GB free space) and I don't have nothing on it. I've pre-ordered the game on a disc!
It's not a next gen game, if it's 8.7 GB on the xbox 360 it will be the same size on the xbox one since they are using the same engine
