The thin frame actually means he appears as if he’s a fair bit larger than his own truck. Based on what I could see from the trailer at least:



Seems like there won’t be too much proportional squeezing with the toy, especially since it will have a leader class budget. The truck should be able to stretch out into that humanoid frame with just a few chunky bits hanging in places here and there like on Battletrap’s toy.

 

He could actually end up being based on RID/G1 Transit, both of whom were big bruiser type deception buses with a rhino horn in robot mode:

I like how the brownish-yellow (?) colours and the wee little lights on the side of his goggles make this head design pop out in contrast to the BB head design.

 

Transit will probably be based off the RID 2015 comic incarnation (also his first incarnation). His other incarnation, also a comic-only but this time IDW, was also based on the RID incarnation but with less "animal" and more "robot" to the design. Both incarnations are big Decepticon bruisers who have a rhino horn on their head.

I guess we can maybe expect Transit to be a big bruiser type and muscular Decepticon, whose head has a single Rhino-like horn on it. That's what I guess he might look like, considering the other two incarnations of him do look like that. If this was a nameslap it is a fitting one too, since previous incarnations of Transit get defeated shortly after their appearance.

 

How would they even know the sauce based on pictures. Hasbro hasn't eaten the sauces asses of the other leaks so far.

 

I just read the "leak" previewing rundown over on seibertron.com, I have a horrible sense that they have picked up too many bad bay habits for me to want to watch this movie. I vowed never to watch another TF at the cinema after I watched TLK instead of Spiderman HC, and then missed the chance to see Spidey at the cinema, but then was gutted that I didnt see Bumblebee at the cinema. But starting with the retcon of wheeljack from awesome to bayshite, and then the spoilery stuff I just read (which may or may not be true, but lines up with what we know so far) I think this movie has had a firm bay producer hand, and it's gonna be as disappointing as bay directed one in its narrative, comedic and artistic choices, and not even have the mad explosions.

 

One thing I'm excited about the most is the fact that the transformers would take much more screen times and focused more on the robots. I remember reading a leak saying that this is a transformers movie with humans in it and not the other way around. Idk if it's true or not but if so I'd take it.

 

That would be great, but basically that's what they said about every movie before it came out!

 

There might be some truth to it this time tho, considering military is nowhere to be seen in the final battle in the trailer. The humans would probably be there but they'd probably only have small roles.

 

That description certainly fits with what we saw from BTS footage and the trailer, which was 90% robot/car stuff with hardly any human involvement.

 

Well, let's hope it's true, and that if it is it's enough to hold the movie up.

But things like there being a joke about people not realising Rhinox could talk doesn't fill me with confidence, and that's before we address the joke being ripped off of No Way Home.

 

I have a feeling that a lot of us that are nitpicking and disliking the movie right now will watch it when it releases and end up being blown away by how good it is. I know, I know, there’s many signs pointing to it being disappointing but I just have a feeling it’ll actually end up being awesome and most of the users here will do a 180 and be like “wow I loved ROTB” despite hating on it for months prior to release. Same thing MCU fans did when endgame had leaks before release. They absolutely hated it and thought it’d be a horrible film.

 

I understand that, I don't want to seem like I'm "hating" the movie before seeing it. But as things unfold my optimism has taken an unexpected pounding.

I think will just wait to see what AutobotBurnout thinks of it! XD
