INFO HERE! Please tell me I'm not the only Ronin Warriors fan from TFW!

God, I loved the old Playmates figures as a child, but grew out of them when I was older. Why? It wasn't the anime, I loved it, and still desire to see more of the original Japanese version, and the OVAs/movies. The figures from Playmates just weren't that fun, those damn springs killed articulation, and the v-crotch was at it's absolute worst in that toy line.

Bandai's Armor Plus series is going to have Ronin Warriors figures like their Saint Seiya figures. In other words, KICK ASS! I can sense it now, THESE are the Ronin Warriors figures that we've been waiting for!

Hopefully these will make the Playmates ones less desirable and the crazyass prices will drop on evilBay.

For serious? Holy crap. If they don't make the warlords I'll weep tears of rage. I need like ... three Anubis figures.

I need pics, and scale. The originals were great, but the spring loaded articulation killed any desire I had to get them. But watching the show always made me want to get them.

Hopefully these new figures are a decent size, come with plenty of articulation and have fully removable armor and weapons.

I seem to recall the helmets had masks covering them. Wonder if they are removable in this release.

I'm willing to guess that these will be using Bandai's established Saint Seiya bodies, which could hopefully translate to diecast and removable armor and fairly good poseability.
