Someone will bit my head off for saying this but somthing about that Trailer is bugging me, I just can't quite figure out what. The Robot mode However is an absolute Beuty.
Used foamies to do the flames (drew 'em freehand beforehand... and of course the first try was the wrong size (rolls eyes)) Also put foamies on the front of the trailer for the detail.
neato concept!!!! he can almost be a warwithin version of roddy with the new kick a$$ trailer you got going on!!!!
I like the trailer AND I ain't gonna bite anyones head off if they dont like it. But can't think of why they might not....
i think it's cool. here are my two concerns. 1) back wheels, being higher makes it look off. 2) roughness of paint. are you using brush or paint markers? do you ever use spray paints? i think if you are able to clean up your paint apps your customs will really come together. all together, quite ingenious and very creative. keep it up.
Thanks! (and thanks to all) I'm content enough w/ the back wheels although I can see what you mean. I'm not likely to change it as right now they work and the sound effect is still intact. I know my paints aren't the greatest. I use some spray paint on occasion, although not really done it on this custom. A lot of times the spray paint isn't available in the color I want or I don't want to buy a can just for a little portion. I haven't yet given airbrushing a try; that might be something I can look into this year/next year to further my hobby. That and maybe investing in some higher quality paints / experimenting around with future shine as well.
I think this is a really cool idea and your execution is very inventive. I especially like the leg build. My only crit would be the wing. I think the shape and style is good, but it seems a little narrow, compared to your reference pic. u are probably planning this, but I'd unscrew the plate on the Lambo brothers thigh and hit it with a contrasting color like the reference pic and it would really pop. great job so far!
