Recently purchased a selection of figures from him at a great price and he even included as much of the original packaging and other paperwork from each figure that he still had - going so far as to go to great trouble to ensure the shipping box was big enough to avoid damaging a folded up box's art panels. Communication was excellent - even sending me a video of him testing the gimmick of one figure so I would know it worked - and both shipping and packaging was simply above and beyond.
