So happy to have Earthrise Sunstreaker & Trailbreaker. The old Sunstreaker was the weak link in my season 1 Autobots, but now I think they all work very well together. Earthrise Prowl next month and Studio Series Jazz next year will further refine the lineup.

Looks great! I can't wait to get my Prowl, Ironhide, Jazz, Sunstreaker, Trailbreaker, and the Kingdom Huffer. Just curious, do you think your gonna do the SS Dinobots?

Yeah I'm in on the new Dinobots, I like the bigger size and they won't be compromised by being a combiner.

Nice character choices and groupings! I was on the verge of going down the Masterpiece rabbit hole but seeing your collection confirms my choice of staying with WFC/CHUG for my main collection.

Thanks! Yeah, for a long time CHUG was really kind of all over the place. It got better in CW/TR/PotP but WFC really took it to another level where now it really does hold its own against Masterpiece in many respects. The figures will never be as nice at such a drastically cheaper price point, but the G1-faithful sculpts and scaling really do add a lot to the line. Ever since I got Siege Sideswipe and saw what a step forward WFC was, I've been even more happy that I collect CHUG/Generations.

After some further acquisitions and customizing, my Quintessons are done for the time being. Very happy with how this turned out!
    • 3 custom hybrid Judges made with light gray body and blue base from Pit of Judgement Judges with animation-model-accurate faces and gray arms from retail Earthrise Judges
    • 1 Prosecutor
    • 2 Bailiffs
    • 5 Allicons
    • 11 Sharkticons (7 MFT, 1 MFT gold eyes, 1 MFT red eyes, 1 TR, 1 QPoJ)
I would like to break this off onto its own shelf eventually instead of them sharing one with Unicron and the Decepticons. This should do it until Studio Series Sharkticons arrive next year... not sure yet how many of those I'll get!

Looks amazing! And I agree that the Quintessons definitely need their own shelf.

I just want to show my appreciation for your display! You don't have all of the same choices as me when it comes to representations, but I have to say I love how yours looks. If you have the space and can find the money I think Zeta/Studio 01 Unicron would make a huge difference. He is a bit masterpiece-y but is leagues above the repainted Armada Unicron.

Thank you! I do have the HasLab Unicron preordered. Going to have to seriously redo the shelving layout to make him fit!

Man, I cannot recount all the times I came to this thread to look at this setup... it is sheer awesomeness.

I know people swear upon closed cabinets and I surely agree with them on the benefits (I have Billys myself) but being able to have good look at the figures or pick them up quickly or to arrange settings with a new twist is something that is very important as well.

Just one question: What do you do with the toys you replace? Like the Siege Seekers? Do you put them in storage or is there another area/display? Or do you plan on making one?

Thank you! When I was planning how to do my setup, I thought of a lot of other ones I had seen online that were dark and claustrophobic, with figures stuffed into bookcases. I also thought about how many times I had already had to change my setup as my collection grew. So with all that in mind, I tried to come up with something bright, flexible and open. I do think Billys can be a good solution, and actually prefer them to Detolfs.

Right now, all of my replaced toys are just in storage, and I really need to get them sold on eBay or something because they are adding up!

I've got all my LG Scourges replaced with SS86 Scourges to have Scourge and three Sweeps! (Plus Kingdom Cyclonus of course!) I give a Renderform weapon to Scourge to have a small difference between him and the Sweeps. I might still get another, or might wait to see what the rumored Sweep figure is.

Can't wait for HasLab Unicron to be here soon, and for Kingdom Galvatron to come later this summer, to finish the overhaul of this group!
