It's probably even more of an incentive to disguise oneself - knowing how humans react to things, the whole world will probably be convinced are all evil and trying to take over the world because they're alien and 'all look the same to me'.
After they are found out, they may have an Animated like relationship where now the Autobots are the super heroes of the world and we have a Spider Man 3 type period where everything is good and the world is worshippind the Autobots.... then the Quintesson army combined with Megatron's new army and Unicron (maybe) start to pose a brand new threat that throws the world into chaos and panic. And Ultra Magnus's team (has to include Blurr) is trying to make it to Earth but are constantly being attacked by Quintesson soldiers. The Autobots are trying to hold out on Earth but they are slowly being overwhelmed and.......... I'm going to shut up before I start not making sense
Yes. They'll just need to pick new ones since their current ones will be well known. Cue lots of repaints and / or completely new designs of existing characters for TF 3.
