It could very well be Scalor or Overbite as well. The design doesn't necessarily point to any specific Seacon.

I would realy like if we get seacons in the show!

 

My only "worry" about the shark being Overbite----we've already got a confirmed Underbite. Would they really have both an Underbite and Overbite name-wise, and also not have them be part of the same sub-group? (as Underbite definitely isn't a Seacon).

Though Overbite already does have a canon alternate name---Jawbreaker.

 

I think it would be fun if they lampshade it.

Though I'm starting to lean towards Scalor, Nautilator, or a new character entirely.
